Great location - but the entrance as marked as a "restaurant" - wasn't obvious that it's combined with the hotel.
Room was ok - one annoying thing is inability to change the a/c temperature - 21C is a bit cold for me.

Very impressed with our stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, great restaurant, superb location right at the centre of the old town.
Would definitely stay here again next time in Innsbruck.

As expected of a hotel that has been visited by many famous people, it was a very stately hotel. Amenities were provided, and even though I suddenly needed to stay alone, they showed me to a room with a large double bed. It was a wonderful stay.

The best location ever, right next to the Golden Roof. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Room ready ahead of time. With things to have a coffee or tea in the room. And above all a firm, new and comfortable mattress. Ideal for resting. Very happy.

Almost a perfect 5 points! There's a kettle, an elevator, and it's very close to the tourist attractions! It's a one-minute walk to the bus stop! The staff were very nice, the water pressure was great, and the room was very quiet! However, there were no slippers...
