這家民宿的整體感覺非常滿意。從預訂到離開，每個細節都處理得井井有條。特別是他們的服務人員，態度熱情又專業 房間充滿了獨特的風格和氛圍，讓人彷彿置身於童話世界中 就是我的睡覺搭子落在哪了 我的玩具豬 看見了麻煩店家幫我找一下 圖五的那個i粉豬

民宿的位置不錯，很安靜，門口還有停車位，停車挺方便的。大廳簡單大氣，還有淡淡的松香味，前台服務熱情感覺很親切~
晚上外邊温度低，但是房間內特別暖和，都是地熱，絕對不用擔心冷的問題。房間也很乾凈，有不少好玩的工藝品小物件，挺有特點。而且出熱水很快，熱水器夠大，夠兩個人洗澡沒問題。
餐廳的人服務態度也不錯，上餐挺快的，味道也不錯，有點可惜沒多嘗幾道菜哈哈哈，總之就是挺推薦的，不論是自己出來玩還是朋友團都很合適🤭

房間非常棒，全部智能化，可以直接看星空，餐廳也很棒，我們去的時候人少還單獨給我我們炒的菜，前台服務非常好，退房時還送了精美禮品，非常愉快的入住

房間乾淨整齊，服務很好，整個園區設計的很有亮點，但是天冷進去棧道很滑，而且如果住的遠提行李很重，要是能有個露營車或者幫忙送一下就更好了，早餐位置不是很多種類比較少吃的一般。

拖鞋感覺是回收的，窗簾衹能遮掉一半的光，房間隔音也很差，一晚沒怎麼睡好。
早餐品種也不多，問店員看馴鹿怎麼走，結果一問三不知，更不指望像有些民宿還能包門票。關鍵訂這個價格，這種硬件，非常不值得。看馴鹿不如訂園區裏其他的酒店。

因為對鄂温克族以及他們的馴鹿比較感興趣，想深入瞭解這個民族的文化和習俗，於是選擇這裏作為根河之旅的駐地，體驗過後非常失望！花這麼高價格就算在北京都能住豪華五星級了，在這住的這個民宿也就快捷酒店水平吧，可能都達不到。💔一進屋就是刺鼻的裝修味道，眼睛薰得睜不開～找熟人一打聽才知道這邊前段時間剛裝修完也不放着散散味就着急營業賺錢，拿客人身體健康不當回事！💔氣温都到零下了那麼冷的天氣不知道為啥屋裡那麼多蒼蠅和不知名黑色硬殼蟲，一晚上打死四衹綠頭蒼蠅，睡覺半夜被癢醒一看脖子裏爬個很大的黑色蟲子嚇得我魂都掉了～💔早餐連自助都沒有，計劃經濟一樣一人發個盤子，裏面兩個小包子一塊冷硬月餅，一個雞蛋，也太糊弄人了！💔餐廳裏面就是公共廁所，看到他們員工在廁所裏洗床單被罩的我當時在吃早飯，差點吐了🤮你們誰看了都不會想來住的～冤大頭本人在此提醒大家千萬避雷！有這個錢不如去住市區的快捷酒店，體驗感會好很多！

對於房間還是比較滿意的，但是酒店的餐飲就很無語，8:30早上過去吃飯，居然什麼也沒有了，我的3歲小朋友吃飯居然還讓我加錢買餐券
