The location is good. But it was complicated to find the hotel since the hotel name is not shown on the front of the building. Also, the parking isn’t on the same side of the hotel, better to communicate with the hotel before arrival.

It's close to the station, and the hotel is in the downtown area, so it's convenient to go anywhere.
The room was renovated, so it was clean, unlike the exterior.

フロントスタッフはとても親切で丁寧に対応してくれました。フレンドリーで、とても素晴らしい！
ウォーターサーバーを自由に使えます。設備は清潔で清掃も行き届いていました。エアコンもばっちりです。コンセントも十分あります。ただ、シャワーは注意しないと床が水浸しになります。
ロケーションは少し駅から歩きますが、バス停が近く、フェッラーリ広場にも近いため、ショッピングや食事にも最適です！

Situated a few minutes walk from the main piazza, this hotel fitted the bill for our 2 night stay in Genoa. Room and bathroom very small but clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good - no hot food but plenty of pastries and cereals. Would definitely stay ahain

Comfort and Convenience
The Riva Superior is on the fifth floor accessible by elevator. It's part of another hotel in the same building. Other floors are for other businesses. There is a breakfast room on the fifth floor but this was not used and we used the main first floor instead. Breakfast was included and was great! Lots of options, coffee made fresh and great service, could be busy at times. Our room was nice and comfortable and the location is perfect for walking about Genoa, both for sightseeing and dining.

Hotel is easy to find if you read reviews. Please note reception is located on 1st floor and hotel itself is on 5th floor.
Rooms are nice and cosy. Not big but big enough for us as a couple. Bed is big enough and really good for sleeping.
Bathroom is in the room so you don't have to share with others. Towels and shower gel/soap provided. Rooms are cleaned daily. Can't complain about cleaning.
Small fridge in the room.
Hotel is located perfectly. Is close to main piazza, train station, bus station and all restaurants, foccateria and coffee shops.
Highly recommend.
