"The lady at the front desk is really helpful, friendly, and cheerful. Room has plenty of space. Location was good next to the main train station. Walking distance to Unesco building around the old town. Parking is 500 meters from the hotel. ( not 300 like the hotel mentioned) but still walking distance."

"I stayed with a friend in a private room. We found a bed bug that same evening on the nightstand, and then I was bitten during the night. The managers didn't offer us a refund, only a room change for our second night. We had to pay to have our belongings taken care of once we left the hostel. We also found a bed bug molt in the room, meaning there wasn't just one."

"Lovely Hôtel in Genovese decorated details with amazing staff members. English reception a plus in Italy. Well received and a rapid Check in. The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova. The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours. They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it. Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival."

Not even allowed to bring a cake back to have with afternoon coffee( totally stupid) Therefore we would not return 1, the elevator 2, the lack of service after breakfast (which is good)"

"A hotel built in 1905 that has been renovated. It has a lot of historical value. It is a prime location next to the Teatro and other key landmarks. The hotel was very clean with service done twice a day. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had."

"The hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark. The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out). I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel."
