Resorts World Genting - Crockfords

Very comfortable stay but the gym and pool are located at another hotel which u need to take a transfer to. You also cannot access your hotel from the casino’s Gold Club on level 3 through the platinum club. You have to go back to the basement level and make your way back to your hotel. Very inconvenient when your room card already gives u access to gold club which is connected to the platinum club.

Room is spacious and comfortable with great view. Hotel provides generous amenities. However the concierge service could be improved. My room was not ready at 1.30pm. I have requested for an extra bed. At 3.30pm my room was ready but a wrong room was assigned. Changed to another room yet no extra bed was provided as requested. Went out at 10.30am the next day, returned to our room at 2.30pm but the room was not made up yet. Nespresso coffee pods were not refilled after the room was made up.

Overall experience is good but they could do better on their housekeeping and bedding accessories. Asked for housekeeping for our room, complememtary desert wasn’t change or take away upon request. (not sure if then workers understand english, written 2 times note to clear away and nothing was done). Floor wasn’t vacummed properly as well. Pillows are too soft or too down for someone like us used to sleep on firm pillows. If possible try to provide some firm pillows for customer. We didnt sleep well in the nights that we stay. Overall, services provided from the front desk to the bellhope were very good. Good enviroment to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and relax place to enjoy your holidays.

The hotel hardware is all correct but staff is a bit lacking. We had a super late check in. The first night we stay on first floor only hear the furniture dragging around from mid night till early morning. Hotel manager cannot explain but they found me another room. I suspect noise is from ****** platinum club. Don't get me wrong. The staff are helpful trying their very best but hotel is just short of manpower in peak season in terms of housekeeping. We stayed in Junior Suite. We had breakfast but food doesn't match up to a five stars hotel. I supposed it is hard to get staff to work in Genting highland. Until we checked out. I dunno how the Crockford exterior looks like and it remains as a mystery. Renovation is on going so one has to be careful to pick the right room. We pay a lot for two nights of stay. Late check in and early check out that actually make us lose out quite a fair bit. Shuttle bus is provided to Genting Grand but we figured a lot of outsider are using that service without approval because driver won't check and the bell boy also care less. That is what I mean by hardware is right but staff are not quite right. Hotel staff also can hop in for a free ride without queuing. I doubt if anyone really care.

Sparkling clean and nice view. Nearby to indoor and outdoor theme park. However the hotel room is a bit far from the lift.

Clean and nice room with good service on the request. Great hilltop viewing as well.
