The deluxe room was spacious, room is clean and non carpet (which we like it very much). Toilet showering area was big too. Along the corridor, there is a water cooler, so good for top up water daily as many times as you like. No need to buy mineral water..breakfast quality is good. Variety is limited though. The restaurant staff services are excellent as all of them are cheerful and polite. Our hotel views are facing the Komtar - The top..nice view. Will stay here again if we come to penang in future
