The amenities aren’t what they used to be. Allot has changed but the staff is amazing.

Check in was extremely efficient and the team was very helpful. Hotel is unique and very art oriented. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Tacoma area.

This is our 3rd time staying there. Its super clean, the beds are so comfortable! The location is great. Close to entertainment, restaurants, bars, breweries. Also great for people with dogs.

Fairly OK stay. Not what I would have thought for a 5 star hotel however. Having no pool/hot tub, big tub in rooms, vending machines, room service, quality elevators, working ice machines, Free or indoor garage parking, restaurant or breakfast with Vegan/Vegetarian options, spa, or other amenities. I was a little disappointed to be Honest. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. If you want a getaway and to feel pampered, secure, entertained, and fed, this isn't that. I will say the art decor is Beautiful and the ambiance overall is really nice. That was a great touch.

We had a great view of the city and Rainier, our room came with a complimentary breakfast, we enjoyed looking at all the the glass sculpture everywhere.

I am visiting from the bay area for just one night and booked here to stay. The pictures definitely looked lot fancier than reality. Parking was confusing to say the least. The lower parking lot was full and after an inquiry I went to park in the upper level and realized it costs $26 to park over night. I didn't expect that.
The hotel itself looks nice but dated. Staff was friendly overall.
