Secc Hydro Executive 7 Apartment

Nice little Apartment, well located and spacious Nice little apartment extremely well located. There is a train that runs just under the property, but it was not that bad to be honest. The apartment was spacious and had a fan which helped a lot in the little mini heatwave we had here in Scotland. The host was very accommodating and helpful I would stay at this location again.

I booked through Airbnb. The flat had no heating or hot water and host Anthony refused to provide a refund. Constant buzzing noise Anthonys Executive 7 flats including both bedrooms have a high pitched buzzing noise that I found difficult to live with. Would be very hot in summer We stayed in March and the flat became intolerably hot for a couple of hours during the day due to the South facing location and large windows which do not have blackout curtains. I would be wary of renting this flat in the summer. Poor communication, I was unable to access the flat on day of cheque in Anthony usually took 30 minutes to respond to my messages. He did not provide any checkin information on the day that we were expecting to arrive. I had to e-mail him over the Airbnb platform and waited for over an hour before I was eventually given checking information. Luckily I had alternative accommodation available in Glasgow so wasn't waiting around in the street for that hour. However, this lack of communication would be extremely stressful and inconvenient if a family was left waiting for an hour to cheque into the property.
