Do not use the hotel or trip advisor. Hotel smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Trip.com was unable to get me a refund. Next time I will use a better travel site.

No breakfast at all. The hotel reception service is terrible. They even violently took away the room card and asked us to leave. He also slandered the Chinese people. It was difficult to negotiate because I didn't understand English. Otherwise, call the police.

The cleaning staff is excellent. However, the rooms need to be updated and improved. The location is near everything a visitor needs: shopping, dinning, parkways etc…..

My son‘s Little League baseball team came to Long Island for a weekend tournament. We came to the property, Not only because it was five minutes away from the baseball field, but Primarily because it advertise a pool and free breakfast and we had the kids and thought this would be fun for them. To be disappointed By the pool being closed and not in use as well as no being offered. Not even the coffee machine worked essentially all you got was fairly decent rule bathroom on my bed. The TV worked properly.

The person at the front desk was very rude and not willing to help with a problem that we have with the room.The room was very small and the beds were also very small and uncomfortable.

I came into a room with a flooded bathroom. I was assured that it would be cleaned up as there wasn't a leak. I left the room for my business to find that the floor was cleaned and an empty garbage can was under the valve of the toilet as it was leaking. I was then moved to another room. It wasn't the worse hotel stay ever, but it didn't leave the greatest impression either.
