Everything was amazing at Chales Fioreze! I wanted to introduce my American born children to my roots and get them closer to nature and that’s exactly what we did with the help of this amazing resort. The staff was incredible, the chalés so homie and the the property just what we hoped for.

A nature lovers paradise, an artists retreat or a family holiday Chales Familia Fioreze chalets are inspiring, set in lush countryside. An evening stroll along the country road before you retire to your chalet, to light the log burning fire. Awake to the country sounds and enjoy a buffet breakfast in a lovely rural atmosphere. The chalet I stayed in had all you need. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. I loved being able to light a fire - it made it very warm & cosy . Opening your front door in the morning to the peaceful surroundings was a total change and the farm animals were charming. My stay was too short and I want to thank Roberta for assisting me and the warm, friendly reception staff. I would love to go back and stay for longer next time. I will tell all my friends about Chales Familia Fioreze.

Somos clientes do local há algum tempo já, pois não tem como não se encantar. O local é maravilhoso, funcionários educados e proativos, o café da manhã é caseiro e muito gostoso, o ambiente dos chalés é aconchegante e lindo, tem tudo que precisamos para passar uns dias off, roupa de cama de qualidade, cama muito confortável, chuveiro com super pressão e água que não demora a esquentar, cozinha completinha, sofá de qualidade, e a lareirinha que dá total charme a cabana. Sem falar na mata que circunda o lugar que deixa tudo um verdadeiro cenário de filme! A gente ama esse contato direto com a natureza e mesmo sendo gaúchos e ter isso inserido em nossas vidas, nós simplesmente amamos ficar aí sempre que vamos a Gramado! Outro ponto forte é o ambiente limpo e organizado, tanto interno quanto externamente, e isso ao nosso ver, é importantíssimo! Enfim, perfeito, indicamos mil vezes! ❣️

Chales super charmosos, localizado em uma área rural, porém próxima do centro. Cercado de vegetação e animais, um lugar para curtir gramado e descansar. Fui comemorar aniversário de casamento com meu marido e com nossos 2 filhos de.quatro patas. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Atendimento excelente.

Lugar incrível para quem quer paz e descanso ao som dos pássaros (e dos galos às 5h da manhã 😃) da água descendo pelo riachinho. Chalé muito confortável e aconchegante, equipado para preparar uma refeição completa. Chuveiro com água bem quente e abundante. Roupas de cama e banho muito limpas e agradáveis ao toque. Café da manhã com opções para todos os gostos. Delicioso!! Atendimento dos funcionários foi nota mil, todos muitos atenciosos. Preço justo pelo o que oferece. Nossos pets também amaram o lugar. Voltaremos com certeza!!

Lugar incrível. Segunda vez que ficamos no chalé e amamos, ótimo local para desfrutar com crianças e também em casal. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento nota 1000. Não me hospedo mais em outro lugar em Gramado e já não vemos a hora de voltar.
