Hotel would benefit from updating but for the price is good enough. The main problem was the shower which definitely needed replacing. The breakfast was basic but decent enough for the price

The location is very good, close to the central bus station and restaurants. The room is clean but very simple. I have a single person room so it's good for a short stay. The breakfast is free and good as a continental breakfast. The reception is nice and cooperative.

The only advantage is that it's close to the airport!

It was well located for the places of my visit in Tenerife, an expensive value for one night and not fair to be three stars, I did not see it enough to give it the stars
Much delay than the one who attended us at the entrance yesterday and lack of bath soap, I hope the facilities improve and it does not have air conditioning

Most depressing hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Took 2 DAYS to get an extra pillow, the swimming pool was empty and someone tried to mug me as I walked back to the hotel on my last night……avoid at all costs!!
