Spent 2 nights in your hotel premises , experience was average in term of quality of service.Got upgraded to all- inclusive and was disappointed , lack of choices , no cosmopolitan, no margarita , NO SPARKLING WINES , very less choices ( only rhum cocktails). Staff manning very poor, ..i would highlight the quality of approach towards the Mauritian guests comparing to the International guest is unacceptable. Shout out for Kimberly (Guest service) , Jayraj (Bartender) they were attentive , smiling, amazing approach , patient and made our stay pleasant.

This is a beautiful place deserving of a much higher star rating. The staff are superb the food is amazing and the service throughout is second to none. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We are on our last day here and would like to thank all of the staff for a wonderful holiday, the rooms were excellent clean and tidy. The food was superb we could not fault it, the hotel was the cleanest and best looking that we have ever stayed in. The staff members were the most friendliest people we have had the pleasure to meet, I would recommend this hotel to anyone as we have had a great holiday thank you all again from rooms 530 and 454 the smith family

Perfect!!!! From front reception to food services, we had an incredible time. The hotel is clean and rooms are perfectly equipped. Food was great, food was authentic and the services provided were highly enjoyable. Our kids aged 14 & 10 years old were kept busy with the activities and learnt to play the ravaan and danced sega. I highly recommend any family to visit this hotel as it is an amazing place. Their program to contribute to a greener planet is really impressive. Thank you for everything. Our stay was wonderful! The room is very nice, super clean and comfy! The staff were very hospitable and helpful, especially Mr Nitin at Shaker Bar who gave us delicious cocktail... And Chef Richard together with his Assisstant Nitesh who I cannot say enough about! I would highly recommend this hotel.

You couldn’t ask for more helpful friendly staff, always smiling, always helpful and always ready to do whatever they can to make your holiday special. Usha, Kimberly, Christina, Eric, Avissen and most of them are all fabulous and were really great and helpful. The only disadvantage is that the beach is across the road, other than that it's a nice and charming hotel. Food is above average, a large choice. The entertainment in the evening is nice. The room is very comfortable. The 'tea baz' is a great thing for the guests. We can get fresh ice tea throughout the day and fresh water on the beach.
