Hotel is right across the central train terminal which is a huge plus if you are traveling with train. Also close to Spar and Bipa at the train station (the only one that opens on Sundays and late on Saturdays). Rooms are well maintained and very clean. As well as lobby and the restaurant. Receptionist is also really helpful and friendly. Also noticed that many guests are bringing pets along. So im guessing its a pet friendly hotel. Also electric car charging stations are available in front of the lobby. Close to a couple of restaurants and Billa. Would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who do not like staying right smack in the middle of city center. You can easily take the tram downtown or walk about 20 mins.

Room and bed too small and soft, easily fall on the ground, could not sleep at all

Location is extremely convenient, approx 3-5mins walk from the Graz main station. Good if you have many belongings or luggages Service was average - hotel staff told us to wait 10mins before she could check us in due to them filming a tiktok video. But it took a total of 30mins wait - I believe that could be improved as it was already 20mins past checkin time The room was overall clean but the layout of the toilet can be improved. Water could easily leak and flow out of the bathroom even door there's a door Food was not bad, selection was apt and service staff were quick to clear plates

Very comfortable room and other installations! Would book rooms in this hotel again during my next visit.

- Dirty spots on the floor - Noisy toilet 24hours - Heater doesn't work at times, window closed - Euro 180 if buy over the counter, while it was much lesser when booking through app

I stayed at the hotel again. Hotel clean. Breakfast ok. Since last time the parking fee has increased to 20 EUR.

Close to the central train station, convenient transportation, a little distance from the old town, about 20 minutes walk, or you can take the tram. The room is very soundproof and basically unaffected by the outside world. The items are relatively complete in Europe, with shoe cloth, shoe sponge, shower cap, cotton pad and cotton swab. The bedding is OK, but the duvet is a little thick. The service is very good, meeting the standards of four or five stars! There are all kinds of breakfast, but there are not many choices.

Was in Graz for one night on a weekend and was looking for a hotel near the train station. The Intercity Hotel is right next to Graz main train station, the staff were very friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean. The facilities were excellent with a TV, shower, toilet and free WiFi, as well as two single beds in the room. The breakfast buffet was extensive and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and the price was unbeatable for one night.

There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for transportation. You can also take an Uber directly to the door. The surrounding environment is clean and tidy, and the experience is good. It is relatively quiet and not noisy.

Located next to Graz main station. Four tram stops from the center. Good, adequate breakfast.

It is just next to the railway station. The window view is the railway track. The window is closed and it doesn't have much impact. It provides simple lunch, but no dinner. Most of the shops on the street are closed on weekends, so it is not easy to find food. The supermarket Spar is only open at the railway station. The front desk service is patient. I asked to change the duck down winter quilt, but the hotel didn't prepare it in advance. It was already the summer of shorts, T-shirts and ice cream. The room is spacious and comfortable.
