They give only one very small bottle of mineral water per room. So, if you stay with two persons in the room you have to share it. When we asked for one extra bottle they told us we had to pay for it. The breakfast was very poor, not fresh and not tasty at all. They didn't have any whole grain brown bread, only all kinds of unhealthy white breads.

The aircon in the room is not working. The room is stuffy. The lift was not working on the ground floor. So we must carry our luggage by stairs to the second storey to take the lift to our room. The room is smaller than expected because the balcony is part of the floor area. The toilet is small and tight. The breakfast buffet is good. Must take taxi or tram to the train station to other cities.

The hotel is located along the Tisza River. The view from the balcony was very pleasant. Plenty of parking spaces and within walking distance to the train station. All in all, I had a great stay here.

The hotel is generally good and clean. The breakfast was excellent. One drawback: there was an unexpected €15 parking fee. This wasn't mentioned on your website, nor on the official Novotel Szeged website. You'd expect a large hotel chain to clearly communicate parking or offer free parking. That was disappointing.

The size of the hotel room and the bed are not particularly large compared to those in China. But they are OK among European hotels. The service is very good.
