Firstly the rooms werent ready when we got there even though check in was at 3pm. We didnt gwt into our room until almost 5.
When we went to the pool there was vomit on the ground and they didnt even try ro clean it. One of the workers was screaming at a guest

THE STAY WAS FINE . THE PROBLEM WAS DRAINS FOR TUB AND SINK WERE EXTREMELY SLOW ON A 2ND FLOOR ROOM. CALL ROTOROOTER! tHE ORANGE JUICE MACHINE AT BREAKFAST WAS OUT OF ORDER AND THE ICE MACHINE ON MY FLOOR WAS OUT OF ORDER...FIX IT

We checked in, went to our room, and immediately discovered it was filthy. The comforters on both beds were covered in cigarette burn holes and when we pulled them back, we saw the sheets had stains all over them that appeared to be blood, dirt, and who knows what else. The bathroom was dirty and thrle room smelled terrible. We immediately went down to the front desk to cancel our reservation. I had to wait in line behind a group of people the front desk attendant was helping and allowing to vape in the lobby. When I finally got to talk to her, she told me since we had just checked in, it wouldn't be a problem to cancel. She said she would only be able to release our deposit and the manager who was coming in the next morning would have to cancel and refund the reservation. Still waiting...

Being in the "upscale" City of Green, I expected a clean and decent property. I had prepaid and it still took 10 minutes or more to get my key. Too many loiterers. Disgusting hallways and elevator. Curtains half off rod and shower curtain hanging over microwave. Extremely noisy; sounded like someone moving furniture above my room ALL NIGHT LONG. Could/would never recommend to anyone.

The woman who was working the front desk when I checked in was AMAZING!!! I checked in at the end of a very long, very stressful day and was absolutely exhausted. My bank was requesting verification that it was not a fraudulent charge (I live out of state) before the would authorize payment which just added to the amount of stress I was already feeling. The employee working the front desk was so incredibly patient and just told me "not to worry, that we would get it figured out". She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like they really did value their guests.

Last year was great. Bed were clean, the bed was comfy and room was clean. This year the bed was hard, the bed spread had white spots and burn holes in them, the pillows were super flat and beat up, the towels had holes in them, the toilet was not clean and the breakfast bar needs revamped badly. We are probably not going to stay there again. We will pay the extra at another hotel for better accomodations.the two cleaning ladies and her autistic son were the nicest ones there.

This place was horrible. We will never stay there again. It was basically a dump. In need of great repair. The rooms are in terrible condition. The whole place smells like mold, mildew and ****. What a waste of money. The only good thing about the place is the friendly employees.

There were cigarette burns in multiple places on BOTH of my beds, food smears and stains literally over every surface, three lamps had no light bulbs, terrible smell, terrible customer service. I checked in, then two hours later I checked out because I could not being myself to sleep in such a room and they are now refusing to give me refund. Would NEVER stay here again.
