No mineral water is provided, no disposable toothbrushes, slippers, toothpaste, the room is very cold and there is no heating! Living on the second floor, there is no stairs! Because there are many things, it is very tiring to move, and there is very little toilet paper, and it is basically not replaced!

Staff are absolutely delightful, can’t do enough for you, I booked 2 small doubles (room was for 1, bed small double, cost was brilliant) bed & pillows/duvet was comfy & I’m fussy about mattresses. The radiator wasn’t on in either room (I think heating was turned off) but radiator was brought to the room & plugged in for when we got back to our room, we had dinner in the restaurant, food was hot & delicious, slept well, had a small cooked breakfast, again delicious. A few minor things, at dinner, no tomato juice or lemon, breakfast- no teaspoons to stir your coffee, other than that, wonderful thank you
