Right outside the train station, excellent service and delicious food, Sauna n steam facilities, massive room and bathroom with all the immunities slippers, bathrobe, etc
View is a 10 on 10 all three sides. It’s a paradise to look out of the window when you get up in the morning, I shall be staying at this place if I ever return to Grindelwald.

Right next to the train station - best spot during winter when we went as we didn’t have to walk far with our bags and on snow!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Kreuz & Post! The service was excellent — the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

“I recently stayed at a hotel in October 2024, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were impressively clean and incredibly spacious, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The beautiful Swiss mountain scenery added a peaceful, scenic backdrop, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Hotel location is great, just less than 5minutes walking to train station (Grindelwald). Spent some some time at the rooftop relax area and enjoy the mountain view.

All the staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. Got upgraded to an apartment which was really suitable for a family or group of 5. Unfortunately, this apartment though we'll equipped, didn't come with much of a view. Really convenient as the train station is just 200m from the hotel. The restaurant served a lovely dinner.

This hotel made you feel like home. The room is very cosy and clean, breakfast is delicious and most importantly all the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and already felt that we are family. When I left on the 4th morning, I hugged goodbye to the gentleman working in the restaurant. I will definitely re-visit this hotel.
Great location too. 1 minute to the train station. This hotel is just PERFECT!
