Our room was 79 steps from the street. And, the steps were up a hill.
The room was large, but tired-looking. There was no heat and the room, especially the tile floors, were cold.
The hotel might be considered "wonderful" in North Korea, but by Mexican standards it certainly was not.
We would never stay there again.

The Hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the living rooms with antique furniture in very good condition, the breakfast very good and the staff goes out of their way to give you very good attention, we were very happy

The hotel is very nice, but the room of "El minero" that is at the top, did not seem good enough in relation to quality-price. The place is very clean and the service is wonderful.

Wonderful rooms, very nice staff. Small pool to relax, quiet atmosphere. We were the only guests, the chef came to the table and studied a fine meal with us. Hammer!!!! Very nice service, homemade sourdough bread, too bad the bread wasn't available at breakfast!

Me gustó mucho el hotel. Es una casa antigua llena de jardines muy bonitos y con la vista a las montañas. Nos quedamos en la suite Frida y es enorme y muy cómoda. Hay que caminar y subir muchas escaleras para llegar al cuarto. Lo único es que para llegar al centro son 2 km 1/2. Pero se puede caminar. El dessyuno(incluido) muy rico.
