The views were gorgeous. The area was nice. The room was very outdated and had no windows. Made no sense to book this place and have a room without views. The staff was nice. Clean property but definitely needed a renovation

we had a good time at this place, very clean and confortable, nice view and great food at the restaurant, you definitely won’t have the newest and the most modern amenities but overalls it was great

We had a lot of issues with this hotel and it's owner. First of all, they completely forgot to pick us up at the airport and we had to wait an hour for them to arrive. We were told they would waive the $50 fee due to the inconvenience but THEN REFUSED TO DO SO! Secondly, many items that were said to be provided in the description were not included. We brought this up with the owner who insisted we were wrong but there is no denying that their ad says things like a kitchen, coffee maker, etc are included when they are NOT. Furthermore, they say they offer a complementary breakfast but all you get is coffee toast and a tiny plate of fruit slices. There are no restaurants nearby so we were forced to buy breakfast from them when it is supposed to be included.

Did like only the view.
Did not like: Not knowing that this hotel has two locations one in the downtown (DT) and another away from downtown. Both locations required a LOT of steps to climb. The hotel away DT has a cliff as an entrance no handrails to hold yourself to go down. My friend aunt fell and hurt her knee when we arrived. Most of the staff showed indifference about the event. Dusted and old furniture. Rusty windows without lock dirty and mold bathroom. We were charged $12.50 for an stain Towel that we never saw to verify the issue. Downtown hotel required A LOT of steps to climb. This building still in construction. Beds were old and cranky on both locations.

The room had little or no hot water, tan out of toilet paper at night. The door key did not lock the door from the outside. I was disappointed and the manager offered no discount
