掀開被子：就看見這一幕，被子上臟東西忘記拍照，這完全是**，不是頭髮，真懷疑未換床單，回房間時較晚，讓客房換床單時，説沒有備用床單.讓我們去別的樓層房間，都已經洗漱完東西需要收納，就講給我們更換床品，態度超級差，如果單純床單問題得過且過，主要問題是態度，後期不可能在入住你們酒店，當時人員穿拖鞋.卷頭髮，完全沒有素質，關門時聲響很大，請問2023年新裝修的酒店就是這樣培訓人員的嗎？

智能化灑店，真的不錯，房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，特別是房間小度語音控制燈光，窗簾、電視、空調等，還有全智能馬桶。出門坐車購物也方便，有免費停車場，整體感覺不錯，下次還會選擇入住。

衞生：床品不乾淨，小孩睡一覺身上被咬了好幾個包
設施：為什麼房間要裝智能聲控？隔音又不好，外面一點點動靜房間所有燈光全開，一整晚不知道開了多少次，怎麼睡覺？
體驗感極差，下次不會再去了。

一向好壞都不評價的，這家酒店實在太差了，希望給大家提醒避坑！！！半夜衞生間的燈總是自動亮，很嚇人！關了又亮關了又亮關了又雙叒叕亮！！！！房間隔音垃圾到不能再垃圾了，隔壁房間聊天到將近三點，沒法睡，打火機的聲音都能聽見。早上是被其它房間的鬧鐘吵醒的。以後打死不住這家了！

回家太晚了就想着定個酒店住一晚洗個熱水澡，結果到了酒店不知道怎麼停車，就跑去問前台結果她衹忙着訂房半天不吱聲，就出去問門口保安大叔，大叔還挺好的直接帶到車位，進房間後本來要洗個熱水澡睡一覺，放半天連個熱水都沒有，看着攜程三星才訂的，三百多一晚還不如幾十塊錢小旅館呵呵。

光山唯一的智能化酒店，在前台申請一下門鎖可以用身份證開鎖還可以刷臉開鎖，房間小度語音控制燈光、空調等電器，智能馬桶要特別點個贊，停車場免費，才重新裝修真心不錯，先給個五星，下次還來住。
