和朋友過來廣州玩，剛好訂了這家公寓房間，公寓離廣州塔也近，交通便利，位置好，剛好在市中心，這裏房間挺大的，有40平方左右，房間衞生乾淨，空間大，住得也舒服，服務態度好。入住前可以加前台微信，房間有什麼問題都可以隨時諮詢她，第二天退房和朋友出去天河城和正佳廣場玩，行李還可以寄存在前台。

服務：前台服務很熱情，問她周邊有什麼遊玩都耐心指引我。在珠江新城中心位置，出遊還是比較方便，花城廣場,體育西，天河城，天環廣場，走路就可以到，電視塔在花城廣場有地鐵直接到。旁邊有一個全國有名的中山大學眼科中心醫院，我到辦理入住的時候都看到好多人也過來這裏入住。房間的傢俱是有點舊，但是衞生做的非常乾淨，這點讓我很放心入住。前台小姐姐説她們老闆準備全部翻新，也帶我看了他們新裝修的房間，不過價格貴很多，而且還説今天已經被定了，所以覺得選擇乾淨衞生性價比高的入住了！以後過來還來這家！

每次過來都是住這邊，在這邊住比較舒服，設施都挺像新的，早上想喝早茶很方便，就在入住南塔大廈出大堂門口左手邊旁邊的北塔大廈一樓就有一家大同酒家可以喝早茶非常的近。整體體驗感還是不錯的，房間整潔又乾淨，床也很軟睡得很舒服，重點前台服務好，加了前台管家微信，房間有什麼問題和想去哪裡玩都會回覆很快，前台還會給你推薦去玩的景點，外賣不可以送上房間，大堂還有機器人可以送上房間
