位置，優點緊挨兩江四湖景區和步行街非常方便，缺點堵車沒停車位，我們花50元給隔壁隱泊酒店保安停車後還被勒索要加錢才能走。房型，優點有三張床適合我們一家三口睡，缺點有間房沒窗沒空調，主卧大床咯吱咯吱響。設施，優點房東溝通良好解決問題很快，缺點是各種設施都比較陳舊。追求住宿品質要求的不要考慮，我們這種普通老百姓還帶着個小狗狗自駕遊的家庭追求的是個性價比。總體感覺還行。

進大門的時候被外表下了一跳，上樓梯上到一半就不想往上走了，硬着頭皮走到三樓，打開房門孩子們長歎了一口氣説道，還好還好，裏面沒有想象中的差，能接受，老闆人挺好的，倒車的時候會幫忙指揮，晚上孩子想吃東西了，還會帶我們去，民宿位置離象鼻山很近，可以推薦

這是住過的民宿體驗感最差的一次。除了位置外，沒有其他優勢，是在老式居民樓裏，屋裡衹有兩個卧室有空調，根本沒辦法洗澡，太冷了。洗臉盆下水管也不通順，水開小沒熱水（天然氣的熱水器），水開大了下水管流不急。有張床一翻身就吱吱響。根本沒辦法做飯，就一個炒菜的鍋，不推薦。

地段非常好，出門就是打卡點，中心廣場，大屏瀑布飛瀉，東西巷，美食街，靖江王府，兩江四湖景區，雙月塔就在門口視線範圍內，稍微走走就到了象鼻山，距離桂林七星公園也很近，徒步幾乎都在二十分左右路程，離桂林百貨大樓也很近，步行千米大概，住的樓下就有小賣部可購買日用品，👍🤔早上走走晨練順便嗦個桂林米粉，總之就是非常方便！新手友友們有出行不懂的房東可以幫忙喲，走起，陽朔暢玩去了！

特別推薦，很舒服，很乾凈，景點都在樓下，非常方便，住着不想走了哈哈哈。唯一的缺點就是樓梯有點小，特別老的長者不建議，花灑🚿頭有點漏水

一句話總結就是性價比高、地段好、但是環境和細節都比較差。
優點：地段確實無敵，出門兩分鐘就能看到日月塔，五分鐘內就能到步行街有很多吃的，價格便宜實惠，可以住的人多
缺點：小區比較老舊，小區沒有什麼人住，樓梯間比較黑，需要爬三樓。廁所和客廳廚房的設施比較臟？但是房間還算乾淨整潔吧。
總結：可能追求性價比或者人多一點住着會比較划算，但是我們三個人住感覺性價比就一般😂一些細節確實不是很到位。
