"My trip to Guilin was made truly special by the Xinyu Hotel – it gave me such a wonderful surprise and a sense of belonging. What really blew me away was the breathtaking view from the rooftop. From up there, you can see Guilin's unique karst mountains, which look like a living ink wash painting with the morning mist, and then at night, they're dotted with twinkling lights, exuding a gentle, lively atmosphere. Just sitting there and daydreaming, all the travel fatigue melted away. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Plus, it's super convenient – East and West Street is right outside, and you can easily walk along Linjiang Road to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Next time I'm in Guilin, I'll definitely be staying at Xinyu Hotel again!"

The rooms are spacious, and the views are lovely. I also appreciated that the fragrance wasn't overpowering. The service was excellent too. My only minor gripes would be that the breakfast variety could be improved, and the rice noodles weren't as good as what you'd find on the street. Also, being right on a busy street, the soundproofing was pretty standard."

Rooms and Family Features Themed Spaces: Offers large rooms equipped with kids' slides, bunk beds, and play tents. Nice swimming pool though a bit small. Gym is very basic. No coffee machine but have tea set. Service Staff share local travel tips and strategies on arrival. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has reasonably choices."

"This is our second time staying at your hotel this year 😊! We were upgraded directly to a river-view room, and the kids absolutely loved it! We especially enjoyed the infinity pool – it was the children's favorite. The hotel's aroma is lovely, and the service is exceptional. The staff were very helpful with our luggage, both when we arrived and when we left, which was a really thoughtful touch. They were also incredibly patient with our requests late at night, like needing an extra blanket one minute and pillows the next. They even gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers, and each child received a small gift when we checked out! This feeling of being right at home is just wonderful 😍 I highly recommend staying here 🌹 It’s also a great spot for photos! Strolling along the Li River was lovely, and we also enjoyed the free admission to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas (¯▽¯)👍. We’ll definitely choose to come back again next time 👋"
