Great location +2 points. It's right across from Zhuangyuan Gallery, making it convenient to everything. There's a Yaya Coffee shop nearby, and the coffee beans are delicious. The owner was prompt, attentive, and patient +3 points. He even helped with packages, which I appreciated. There's a balcony outside the window, with a nice view +2 points. Although it faces a wall, it's covered in greenery, giving it a vibrant feel. The room is neither too big nor too small, and the decor is unique +2 points. The room isn't soundproof +1 point. The bathroom has an odor +2 points. It's cleaned fairly well, but there's a smell similar to... The roof leaks on rainy days, water seeps into the balcony, and water accumulates at the first-floor entrance +2 points. It rained heavily, and when I woke up in the middle of the night, the entire room floor was soaked. My slippers had 3cm of water on the soles, so I had to wade through the water to get to the bathroom. When I left in the morning, there was so much water on the first floor that my partner had to carry me out. Overall, if it hadn't rained and the housekeeping had been more thorough, my stay would have been quite pleasant.
