Yue An Hotel (Guilin Xiangbishan Park East and West Lane)

This hotel is a great location, but it's inside of another building which makes it hard to find at first. The rooms were beautiful and having a river view is worth it. However I didn't like the staff that allowed others to cut in front of us while we waited to check into our room. Since we do not speak Chinese I would expect the staff to tell them to wait their turn since we were obviously there first. Also there is so much smoking in the hallway that they should do something about it by putting smoke alarms in the hallway to go off and kick people out or put that it's not smoke free because I would not stay here if they were honest. They need to do better at that to get a better service or cleanliness score from me.

Great location - super central and walking distance to main pedestrian street, elephant cave, and sun and moon pagodas. Room is solid, does the job, very clean, but nothing crazy nice. Definitely recommend!

The location is very convenient to visit Guilin, near many places of interest and the room was nice and clean.

Very good location. Walkable to a many scenic attractions. Lots of good food nearby. Very big and spacious room.
