The place is nice and superficially rather clean but the floor can be cleaner as they have a dog inside. The dorm room on the balcony is really hot and stuffy and since i was alone, they did not turn on the AC and instead gave me a fan.

Great location and clean but the AC shuts off at 2am and the room is so hot and musty during summer. Kept waking up becos it was so hot and had to cancel my second night as it was simply unbearable. What a waste

The hostel is very close to Guilin North Railway station. It is very easy to get to Yangshuo by train. I stayed there for two nights where I arrived late and left early which was no problem at all.
Good value for money.
The staff is really nice and helpful so she definetly deserves a raise.
10/10 would stay there again.

The room was extremely clean.
They have seating Toilet, but only 1 toilet/ shower.
Little bit far from the city center.

The location is right next to the Guilin North Railway Station and perfect for everyone to catch a train on time for sure! The host was really welcoming and she did everything to make me feel comfortable with attentiveness and little gestures. The other guests were really friendly and we had some nice exchange and beers. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much for your help :)

I would give zero if it was possible. Hostel is filthy, disgusting and almost abandoned. Also I didn’t check well the location (it’s 40 minutes by bus from main area of Guilin), but this is the least downside.
Please do yourself a favour and book somewhere else, even if you need to pay 10 or 20 yuan more
