桂墅美宿（高铁北站店）

The check-in experience was very bad. I took a taxi to the address where I booked the room. After going up to the floor, I was told that was the registered address and not the address of the room I booked. Well, we could only go downstairs and wait. It was raining and very cold at the time. We were waiting at the gate of Building 25 in the cold wind... Then I called the customer service and the room was transferred to a room on a different floor of the same building as ordered. After entering, I found that the hygiene was not ideal. There were traces of dust on the floor and table. The decorations on the wall had fallen off. The toilet was very small, and the shelf was only 10cm wide and could only hold paper towels... I didn't know where to put my bath clothes. The elderly went to the toilet for a while, and the electric water heater leaked a little water and wet his clothes...

The decoration of the room is very unique. I just recently cleared Black Wukong. It is very convenient to be close to the train station. The room is clean and sanitary. There is no need to buy rice and oil in the house and kitchen. The customer service also provides group building services. All questions were answered promptly in the group. The service is great. I will come again next time.

The facilities are good and clean, and relatively new. However, the air conditioner has a strong smell of smoke. The location is too far from the North Station. It is located five kilometers further north. It is ok for us who drive, but it is not very friendly to those who do not drive. #The room is very tidy
