房間空調一直在漏水，住了很多次七天優品酒店，這次桂林的體驗真的很差，傍晚讓師傅來了一次後師傅修完説沒事了，我説需不需要打開檢查一下，他説不用放心吧。然後就出去玩了，晚上回來後發現還是壞的，説師傅這個時間不在這，沒辦法修了，就這樣聽了一晚上的水滴在地板上的聲音（後面給了毛巾讓鋪地板上還是特別吵），還有一地的水。。。。生氣的是補救措施就給了三個毛巾讓鋪地上！

第一天住的時候還什麼事都沒有，第二天換了床單之後不知道是蟎蟲太多的原因，兩個人全身發癢，身子都撓爛了，打電話也沒人接（可能是半夜的原因），服務還是很好的，就是衞生有待加強

房間很大，但是燈光昏暗，設施陳舊，訂房上樓看後不滿意，和前台協商能否退房，回覆把鐘點房價格扣下來再退，下午兩點來了多就退房啊，真是無語，然後下午又協商退掉，回覆不退了，理由是賣不出去了，態度惡劣語氣非常不好，我衹是説商量，不想和前台糾纏，怕影響了好心情，又去其他地方訂了房間，這間房沒住當天白白浪費了。從攜程後台也反映了，攜程説這種情況要和酒店聯繫，以酒店回覆為主，他們也沒有辦法。作為一名常年在攜程上訂房的老客户，從未差評過，這是第1次，很差很糟糕，前台服務太惡劣，根本就不容商量，有種強買強賣的感覺，也建議攜程增加一款，如果訂房後發現與實物不符怎麼處理。是否可以退房？還是必須強買強賣。

衹值60元的房價（不能再多了），床上還有個小蟲子，直接捏死，忘了拍照了，馬桶蓋壞的，打開馬桶馬桶圈濕漉漉的，花灑的架子不穩，出水急，牆上的沐浴露是擺設，洗臉池旁有個瓶裝的～總之，忍着住了一晚上！
