酒店位置還不錯，在市區裏面！獨棟沒有其他樓房遮擋，酒店環境很好大門看起來就很氣派，大堂也很寬敞明亮！服務員主動打招呼很親切。辦理入住也很迅速，一分鐘不到就辦理好了，我的行李都沒完全放下來，房卡就遞給我了，速度很贊！我定的大床房因為不習慣住太軟的床，聯繫前台尋求幫助前台給免費更換成雙床房，雙床確實沒那麼軟，一夜好眠非常感謝！房間衞生也很乾凈，設施齊全，中規中矩沒有亂七八糟的裝飾，住宿本來就是舒適為主，維也納是我的首選，酒店有早餐供應，由於我預訂的是無早的早上想到外面嘗一下米粉，諮詢了前台，前台推薦的米粉店也很不錯，5塊錢吃的飽飽的，未到也很不錯！本次桂林之行住宿十分滿意，山水風景也很不錯！

這家酒店的服務態度非常好，員工熱情周到，讓人感到非常舒適。酒店的設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，床墊是我住過得酒店最舒服得床墊，沾床就睡着，我都想買了。酒店的環境不錯，樓層高，空氣清新，視野好，很開闊。酒店的衞生狀況也非常好，乾淨整潔，讓人感覺非常放心。我非常推薦這家酒店。

酒店在大路口，交通方便。酒店周圍有不少小吃店，米粉什麼的都有。距離幾百米有大型商場，購物也很便捷，整體還可以。

平台預訂高級大床房25平方米，結果安排到了該酒店最小的（酒店服務員稱，有消防圖佐證）狹長房間，住宿體驗差。第二天讓酒店方來測，寬約2.88米，長約8米（到房門長房，但酒店堅稱要加上門口外的0.5即8.5）。2.88*8等於23.04。一、平台顯示該酒店高級大床房肯定不止一間，給最小的確實讓人不能理解，高級也分幾等？二、酒店房間內面積與平台顯示面積差2平米，即使按酒店所稱算上門外的0.5，也是不足25的，涉嫌虛假宣傳。三、酒店方曾問我覺得多少錢合理，我拒絕了，還是希望讓大家有一個知情權為好。房間號1435；20240214入住0215退房
