Reception staff helpful and pleasant. The room was of a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is not great, but suited my needs. There are plenty of shops, markets and restaurants in the area. I will be staying there again, and would recommend it. Excellent value for money.

説一下，酒店環境衞生好不好咱不説，一個大男人，在外面能住下來就行。就説説服務質量吧，一個發票的事情，離店前一天，就到前台説開電子發票，開票訊息，郵箱都給他們了。第二天離店的時候，到前台又跟他們説了一遍，提醒他們記得給我開發票。現在已經離開一個多星期，還是沒收到發票。打電話給酒店，打了2遍電話，第一次讓我留下訊息，給我找找。半個小時後第二次電話過去，還是衹知道敷衍，等會給你找找，我現在正在忙，好的，我們這邊客人正在辦入住，有點忙，等會一句，不好意思，都沒聽到。

酒店太老了，整個酒店所經過之處都是黴味。
更讓人難理解的是：明知房間裏有黴味，酒店竟然不提前開窗通風？？？進房間全是黴味，以至於啥都不敢碰？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？真是太丟桂林的形象了
