This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

Breathtaking place to stay in majestic surroundings. We came during a quieter period but it meant we had the whole place to ourselves. Great breakfast selection. Would consider coming back again when we’re next in Guilin or better yet when temperatures cool down. Jacky (the manager) was really friendly and went out of his way to help us.

hotel was upgraded to Song hotel (6 star). Location is average, because nothing is around. Rooms were awesome but not room cleaning due to covid. Also, no new towels, coffee etc. on a Daily Basis. At new years eve we came back home at 1am and there was nobody at reception desk anymore and we had to walk 1,5 Kilometer to our room. Breakfast room was really cold and we had to wear a winter jacked.

This is my second time to Sunac Shiborg in Guilin. The hotel is well maintained, and the facilities and room facilities are well maintained, clean and tidy. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable. The swimming pool water temperature is suitable and the water quality is clean. The breakfast is also very good and can be eaten until 10:30. The lake view is very good, and you can stay in the hotel all the time. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and they can always solve problems patiently, especially Ms. Ma at the front desk, who provided me with answers and suggestions throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a very comfortable vacation experience.

There were bugs in the room. I got seven bites on my hands after sleeping all night. The food in the buffet restaurant was terrible, but the service was good. The Sunac Park with free tickets looked run-down. The child paid 132 for breakfast and the park ticket, which was 99. It was actually to sell memberships. It was pretty average anyway.
