This is the BEST breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life ! I am surprise the food quality is so good. The air-con in the room is so week, I have adjust to 16 degree but just feel nothing changed, and the window is not able to open. Luckily is not summer time.

Great location right in front of Elephant Trunk Hill. We reserved a car pick up at the train station and when arrived, received an upgrade to VIP floor with a room that has direct view of Elephant Trunk Hill. We enjoyed the welcoming afternoon tea, and was delighted to see the welcome treats, free minibar, and took advantage of the VIP Lounge. The room was beautiful and luxurious, with a deep soaking tub, and upscale amenities. The staff were all welcoming and proficient in English. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Special thanks to Mr. Max who handled my check-in and showed us to our room, and also gave us helpful tips on nearby attractions.
Our Elephant themed family room is superb with great amenities, plush toys, welcome fruit platter and delightful hot dessert sent to the room.
Special thanks for Mr. Jimmy Zhao who handled our check-out with excellent warm hospitality.
This is the best hotel we have stayed in China and highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

A lovely hotel, if a bit pricey. They have a delicious free breakfast and a fantastic location. Also a lot of of amenities, there’s even a travel agency in the lobby.

Very good seevice. Got upgraded to a higher floor. Unfortunately blocked by trees on level 4, so couldn’t see the Elephant Mt n river from my room. Could see staff put in alot effort in the breakfast food which is different each day; loved it! Bread is fresh, crusty outside n soft inside; millet porridge, pumpkin porridge, fresh veggies, salad, etc. Different types of healthy beverage! Large bed; very comfortable. Spacious room! Will stay again.

Honestly, one of the best hotels yet. Best spot for sightseeing. We just wanted to stay in to take in the views. Their service to guests is also impeccable. Highly recommended.
