Stayed one night in this lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet during our stay. Ladies on the desk were very helpful to us throughout our time in Guilin. Visited the tourist spots and this hotel is a prime location as all of them are in walking distance. The night market is on the street outside which is perfect for dinner plus the flower ice cream (a must try in Guilin) can be bought locally (including right next door to the hotel). My only small issue during our stay was there was no English on the bottles in the shower. Each one looked exactly the same and my Mandarin is not competent enough to tell them apart. However, this did not dampen our stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Wow. What an incredible place. This stay here was truly wonderful. I am especially grateful for the best service I’ve had at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were always so attentive and accommodating, and always offered solutions to any issue I had. A few examples of how the service impressed me: - we needed to check out later than planned due to the kids feeling ill, and they let us pay a nominal fee to extend the whole afternoon. - we received daily breakfast coupons but could use as many as we wanted on any of the days we stayed there / this helped a lot as we had five people and three breakfast coupons, so we pooled them together to eat as a whole family several days. - once we needed some bowls to eat takeout and after sending a message to the staff on WeChat they deliver the bowls to our door in just a few minutes. - the cleaning staff were super friendly and always worked with our schedule to clean the rooms. When we need extra towels or toiletries they were quick to respond. - the kids play area was even fun for my 10-12 year olds - the breakfast buffet was really tasty and I highly recommend the vegetarian mifen (local rice noodles) that are made to order, and the “oil tea” - a local Guangxi specialty. - coffee in the room was a plus, and the tea pot and unlimited hot or cold drinking water. - the pool was warm and ideal for young kids - the shower and all bathroom facilities were 5 star - we loved the high tech experience of automated lights, AC, shades, etc. - a welcome gift and a parting gift - such generosity and attentiveness We enjoyed a terrific stay and are already missing this special hotel. Rong Hu is such a pretty part of Guilin. The quiet lakeside is a perfect location for any family who wants a nice place close to the city but on a very quiet street. Thank you for all the care! This hotel has been one of the best experiences we've had! The rooms are clean, the views are amazing, and most of all the staff are super friendly! I had a nice chat with 小钟 and the manager even brewed me some locally grown tea, it was truly an unforgettable experience!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. They were very sincere. Check in was easy. Each staff member that we met was genuinely kind on every single day. I also did not expect the laundry service to do so well. This was a lifesaver for me. There was a daily text message for the weather and breakfast reminder which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was great and provided a variety that each member of the family could enjoy. The pool was shallow, but a great refresher for the children. At first they did not like the bugs, inside but it could not be helped. I could see they monitored the chlorine levels. The view from the pool deck has an amazing view of the mountains. During rainy days, we enjoyed a couple of movie nights using the projector. Check out was a breeze and my kids loved the gift they received. Overall, all members were very happy with our first Guilin Hotel experience here.

We stayed in Guilin just as the floods were rising, and spent a very unforgettable forty-eight hours... After the flood receded, the owner of the B&B found food for us a few kilometers away. His mobile phone was out of battery and he looked for power bank everywhere for us. I am really grateful! It’s really only during this special time that I realize how important the service of a B&B is! I contacted the owner of the B&B yesterday and it finally started operating normally. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Guilin, I will definitely stay there! ! Really recommend it to friends too

The room was clean en specious. But the view whoch wason the picture was not there. There is free selfservice laundry which was very convenient. The front desk was very helpfull. Xiao yang did her best to help. The wechat contact was also very nice. Ontlly when booking trips via frontdesk the wise card could not be accepted.

The receptionists are friendly and nice. They will explain everything to you includes to do list in Guilin. The hotel is near to the tourist spots. However, the air conditioner of my room cannot work well and water leakage. However, they switch me to a new room and upgrade me to a bigger room.

Location cannot be better for Elephant Trunk Hill as the hotel has a private staircase to walk right into the park. It is only 15 minute leisure walk along the river to Zhengyang road for a crazy selection of street foods. We got a free upgrade to the garden room right next to the rooftop garden where we spent some time with our takeaway local dessert, watching the lighting and rain one evening! The room includes a free package with a photographer who was very polite and gave us lots of tips for nice pictures. There was a misunderstand of booking time so they gave us a free edited video too. There was also free self service laundry if anyone needs their clothes washed.

This hotel in Guilin is a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located in the heart of tourist attractions, right along the road, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is clean, quiet, and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff, particularly the friendly girl, went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. She was incredibly kind and had a wonderful attitude, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel offers a range of amenities that are essential for travelers. There’s a washing machine, dryer, and even an iron, so you can stay fresh and comfortable during your stay. Additionally, we were able to take advantage of the complimentary Two River and Four Lakes tour and a one-hour motorbike rental. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Guilin. We highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again if we return to the city.
