Guilin Xiufeng District 3-star Hotels

Absolutely amazing customer service! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel was delightfully clean and had amazing views from both the room and the rooftop bar. 

When I first arrived I was quite disappointed that my room didn't look much at all like the photos on the listing. My one recommendation is that this is updated so that people have appropriate expectations... However, I could not help but enjoy my stay here. Overall the hotel felt exceptionally good value, laundry was done for me and I had access to a scooter. Breakfast tea and coffee all included as well. Xiaoming is also a fantastic and attentive host, who seems to look after all his guests well.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking scenery that made our stay even more special. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied every craving. It felt like every meal was thoughtfully prepared with quality and taste in mind. One of the best parts of the location is that several famous scenic spots are within 10 km, making it super convenient for sightseeing and day trips. Despite being close to everything, the hotel itself had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—so calm and rejuvenating that it felt more like a resort than a typical hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to visit again 🤗

The receptionists are friendly and nice. They will explain everything to you includes to do list in Guilin. The hotel is near to the tourist spots. However, the air conditioner of my room cannot work well and water leakage. However, they switch me to a new room and upgrade me to a bigger room.

The price is very affordable. After comparing many B&Bs in the surrounding area, I chose this one, which is really cost-effective. Although the facilities in the room are not luxurious, they are very practical, clean, tidy and distinctive. The owner of the B&B is very hospitable and I felt the warmth of home as soon as I walked in. They patiently introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food, and also provided a lot of thoughtful suggestions based on my needs. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and there were no problems.

I booked this hotel because it was recommended by a YouTuber. For the price I paid, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is great — not too far from Guilin Bei Railway Station and there is a Pedestrian Street near the hotel with lots of eateries. For some unknown reason, I had difficulty charging my mobile phone and power bank using my international adaptor when I had no problem at all while in Guangzhou. I told the front desk and they lent me their own China charger. Staff members were always friendly and helpful. Although I will not visit Guilin again, I will definitely recommend this hotel to solo or Free and Easy travellers.

The room was very big and clean, the biggest room I’ve stayed in for a long time. Some stains on the sofa were visible, the curtains and bathroom windows were on the dirty side but not a massive problem. The view from balcony is good, you can see the sunrise if you want. The staff are quite friendly, patient and helpful and were very accommodating. The breakfast selection was OK, and again the man serving the breakfast was very nice and friendly. It’s also within walking distance to Reed Flute Cave and the nearby lake which is great.

Quite place, close to the Cave (~20min by walking), and not so far away from the city center (15min by car). And the stuffs are very warm and friendly, they make the breakfast for guests individually. The whole villa makes me feel like home. As a local Chinese, the decorations of the villa reminds me of my parents house. So, if you want to have a feeling of authentic Chinese style, you will find it here. The host offers tea art and calligraphy experience, it is so nice to talk with the host while drinking tea. The host is an opened, sincere person, I feel like talking with an old friend even we just knew each other for few days. All the best to the people I met in the Villa.

Excellent value, full of surprises! The room was clean and spacious, fully equipped with smart control systems, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a pleasant view. It was absolutely worth it! The location was convenient, with parking available directly at the foot of the mountain. The housekeeper greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and the service was attentive. Across the street is the Reed Flute Cave Scenic Area, and we were given free tickets. The housekeeper also took us to the scenic area. Highly recommended! 💯

From the outside, the hotel has a decent appearance, but step inside, and the rooms are truly impressive. The interior feels like a proper 4-star hotel, with clean, well-maintained spaces, a comfortable bed, automated curtains, and all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality stay. The location is a major highlight. It’s situated right by Zhengyang Street, one of Guilin’s most famous pedestrian areas, filled with shops, local eateries, and nightlife. It’s also within walking distance to the scenic Two Rivers and Four Lakes, the iconic Sun and Moon Pagodas, Guilin Central Plaza, and the city’s most famous landmark, the Elephant Trunk Hill. We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked the same hotel for our final night before flying out. The overall experience was comfortable, convenient, and excellent value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for modern comfort in a prime Guilin location.
