This is a modern hotel with great location. Excellent customer service, great environment on public areas, great facilities, very clean. The hotel use delivery robot to deliver customers’ goods so no one can easy enter into the customer’s stay areas but only customers and staffers. Highly recommended!

The room hygiene is okay, but the decoration and facilities of the room are not worth 861 nights. It is like a quick trip. It only costs 1010 yuan to change to Kempinski the next day. The underground parking lot of the hotel is simply too challenging. My driving skills are good. The hotel is in a building. There is a KTV and footbath underneath. The elevator is also shared.
