Yihua Yisu Hostel

I really liked the hotel's location, just a few hundred meters from Jiaxiu Tower. The environment was good too, especially for just over a hundred yuan. The staff (a young lady) was very enthusiastic and even gave us local specialties. Whatever we needed, we'd just WeChat her and she'd bring it right over.

The room was cozy and very clean, and the owner was exceptionally kind. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

After extensively researching guides that often recommended staying near the Fountain Park area, I ultimately chose this guesthouse, and it far exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless. Although there are quite a few stairs, the staff thoughtfully contacted me in advance to confirm my arrival time and arranged to help with my luggage, which was very considerate. The immediate vicinity isn't overly crowded. From the guesthouse entrance, it's just a two-minute walk to see Jiaxiu Tower across the bridge. It's also conveniently located, about a 10-minute taxi ride to spots like Huaguoyuan White House, Qingyun Market, and Minsheng Road. The hostess also provided excellent recommendations for local and Guiyang cuisine. Plus, there's a super cute large dog on the premises!

Traveling with my mom, Guizhou was our second stop. Yihua Yisu is such a wonderfully warm guesthouse. It's perfectly located – quiet, but still central – and our room was clean and cozy. We totally fell in love with the owner's Standard Poodle, super cute! Jiaxiu Tower is just a few minutes' walk away, so getting around is incredibly easy. You can tell the owner truly loves life from all the little details around the guesthouse. They're so welcoming and always ready to suggest great spots like attractions or night markets. It's obvious how much heart they put into running the place. For anyone visiting Guiyang, I absolutely recommend checking out Yihua Yisu for a charming stay.
