Beautiful hanok stay in a great location. The room was comfortable and large, with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was quite nice. It's also a good spot to take photos. The owners and staff were incredibly nice and quickly responded to any questions or issues. The woman and man running the hotel were incredibly kind and I must thank them again for all their help! Would definitely recommend!

The Hanok is very close to the attractions, and the surrounding restaurants and convenience stores are very convenient. Whether it is a KTX or an intercity bus, you can reach it by public transportation after getting off the bus. The service staff were very enthusiastic and helped us prepare toasted bread, coffee and fruit for breakfast, and we could also ask for a glass of milk.

It was my first time staying in a hanok, and it was a very good experience. The atmosphere was great. The room was clean and had everything I needed, so I didn't feel any inconvenience.
There's a convenience store nearby, and Cheomseongdae is right next to Daereungwon.
Donggung Palace, Wolji Pond, Woljeonggyo Bridge, and Hwangnidan Street are all within walking distance. I think the location was great too.
Gyeongju is different from Seoul and Busan, and I think it's a place where you can relax. Above all, there were a lot of kind people.
I'd like to stay here again and relax in Gyeongju.

This time I stayed for one night with my mother and daughter. Even though I couldn't understand Japanese, I was able to use gestures and speak to them in English, which was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no pot in the room, so I couldn't make coffee or eat cup noodles, but other than that, I didn't have any problems! It was a very comfortable hanok!

The room was very warm. But a spider came out of the bathroom. I was shocked. The owner was really kind and nice. Breakfast was also provided well. However, since the yoga is so thin, I thought it would be a good idea to add something like a topper. The amenities were sufficient for a short stay, and it was nice to have a hair dryer, three bottles of water, a refrigerator, and a large GS convenience store near the accommodation. Hwangridan-gil, Cheomseongdae, and Woljeong Bridge are close by, so it's easy to go sightseeing and they can store your luggage for you. I think it would be really great if you paid more attention to cleaning the room and bed. I had a nice and warm stay.

The location is great as you can walk from Hwangnidan-gil, and the hanok is also beautifully maintained. Meals were carefully prepared by myself, so I ate deliciously. But since it was December, it was cold to sleep in a hanok. Although it is heated, it is not enough to completely melt the cold, so I kept feeling cold even while sleeping. And really, the coldest place is the bathroom.... I recommend staying in the spring, summer, and fall!

I visited Gyeongju 50 years ago on a school trip with my daughter and stayed at Wiyeonjae. I had a good rest in a lovely and quiet hanok while fully enjoying Gyeongju, which has developed so much during my long overseas life. It was a neat and warm lodging where you could feel the morning sunlight and night light through the window paper, the modest garden, the ondol and stone garae, and the thoughtful consideration for the guests everywhere. Excellent location to explore the historic Gyeongju. Took the train from Seoul to Gyeongju and then a bus from train station took us directly to the hanok. There’s a convenience store around the corner so you can get everything you need. Main tourist attractions are within walking distance. And the main tourist area is 10 minutes walk around with lots of restaurants and shops. Room is warm and it’s an experience sleeping on futon which took some getting used to. Highly recommend this place. Beautiful building.
