Very nice people. Room was ready early, it was clean, well equipped and the area was super close to the temple complex. Walking distance. Food options also nearby. However there is no lift, so request low room if you have heavy bags, very short walk to temple area where you can take some great photos

This was one very bizarre stay to put it mildly. I can swallow some discomfort but this was beyond palatable. The bed came without any clean sheets, pillow and blanket covers, so essentially you sleep in the same bedding as many guests before you. When I complained about lack of bedsheet, a guy (owner? Employee?) came up with me and showed me that “there is a sheet”. What he was showing was that polyester mattress protector that hotels sometimes put under the sheet. I could see some hair and yellow spots on it, obviously it was not meant to be washed on a daily basis. The quilt was also a plasticy something without a cover.
The reception itself deserves a comment too. You have to bend over and talk through a little hole if you want to communicate with the receptionist who watches TV all day.
Honestly I don’t recommend this place to anyone

The facility was old, but it was clean and well-maintained. The owner was kind, and there was no noise, and there was an electric blanket, so I was able to sleep warmly in the cold winter.

The mini room doesn't feel too small. It has a separate bathroom and a water dispenser on each floor that can connect to hot water. This is rare in Korea. It is about 100 meters from the bus station and about 1.5 kilometers from Cheomseongdae.
