However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The hotel is convenient for traveling, the waiters are super friendly, the room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is not far from the hotel. The Acaiwang Shop in Huaihe Cultural Plaza is very unique and delicious.

Previously, they used Jing Tian water, but now they use green Nongfu Spring water. Everyone knows that green Nongfu Spring water tastes the worst, and it's cheap too. Since opening, the price has been rising higher and higher, and the service has become increasingly shoddy. It's not like it's a cheap hotel; for a hotel in a third-tier city like Bengbu, this price is considered mid-to-high-end. The soundproofing is also mediocre; I can hear karaoke music coming from somewhere late at night. I've stayed here three times, and this time the cleanliness is the worst. There was a water bottle cap from the previous guest on the floor, and the bathroom mat and towels were dirty and yellowish. Under what kind of management can a hotel deteriorate so much?

The overall local is really good, but there is still a gap between the service awareness and the five-star. At that time, I went to check in. There was a female staff member at the front desk. Because there was a guest standing at the front desk to answer the phone, I waited patiently at the back for a few minutes. The front desk did not help the front guests. I didn’t say hello to me when I checked in, so I didn’t say anything. I just had to vomit. Now I have a clear rule for staying in the hotel. I don’t need to force the face to register. They still have to.

I have stayed in the hotel with the best service and environment in Wuhe. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the service attitude of the front desk. They always smiled when talking to me, which was very kind. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night. If I come to Wuhe for business again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice!!!

The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the highway, and it's very convenient to eat and shop around. There's a big supermarket, which seems to be called Shengyun Supermarket. The area around Wanda Plaza doesn't seem as lively as this supermarket. Although the hotel is a bit old, it doesn't look old, and it also provides free fruits and yogurt. The side of the hotel near the Huai River is very beautiful. Now is the season when rape flowers are in full bloom. Walking along the Huai River, you can see large areas of rape flower fields. It is very beautiful. I will stay here again when I come to Bengbu in the future.
