GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with a quality feel, and they're fully equipped with smart devices. Controlling the lights and curtains by voice is simple and convenient. The room was clean and tidy, offering a very comfortable stay.
The butler service provided one-stop, exclusive attention, being thoughtful and meticulous throughout our stay. Any requests were promptly addressed, and they were warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast had a rich variety of fresh ingredients, ensuring a satisfying meal every day.
Upon checkout, we even received complimentary freshly ground coffee – these small touches really showed their thoughtfulness. Overall, the stay experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Sayram Lake!

GGuest UserI saw a lot of recommendations for this hotel on Xiaohongshu, so I booked two rooms for our family trip. The whole experience was excellent. The front desk staff was very patient and nice. The rooms were great too, facing Sayram Lake, so we could enjoy the beautiful scenery right from the hotel. After watching the sunset in the evening, there was a late-night snack service at the hotel. In the morning, we even saw cows and sheep grazing below, which really excited the kids. The facilities inside were excellent; there was an iron, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. When we checked out, they even gave us postcards and fridge magnets.

GGuest UserThis hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the East Gate entrance of the scenic area. The facilities are excellent, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Alamati Beke, was incredibly helpful. He brought us afternoon tea welcoming snacks and even cut the melon we brought ourselves. We really appreciate his service. The stay also included a complimentary boat ride, and Sayram Lake is stunning. Staying so close allowed us to visit both in the early morning and late evening, which was fantastic. Overall, there's room for improvement with breakfast, but everything else was perfect.

JjujumTraveling to Sailim Lake with two elders and a child, a total of five of us, I chose this hotel because the room type met my needs – we could all stay together. The two elders slept in the twin beds near the entrance; they wake up early, so they could get ready and go out for breakfast. We slept with our child in the inner king-sized bed room, which could be closed off for privacy. The king-sized bed even had a massage function, which was a super pleasant surprise! Xinjiang trips can be quite tiring, so lying in bed for a massage at night was incredibly comfortable.
The breakfast was good, offering everything you'd expect, and the environment was pleasant. My daughter absolutely loved this place.
The hotel butler also communicated with us beforehand and thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks, yogurt, and a fridge magnet. So considerate!

AAixiaodejiarenHighly recommended! This hotel is a great choice for a road trip. There's a parking lot downstairs, but whether it's directly opposite the hotel lobby is a matter of luck. Parking is also available nearby, but it's just a few steps away. The hotel has new facilities, a well-organized layout, and even a small tea table. I slept very well! I had a very good impression of this hotel!

The hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is also a short walk from the nearby commercial street, offering a wide variety of dining options.

CcrazygillianOn our last night at Sayram Lake, we checked into the newly opened Shuiyunshan Pullman Hotel this year. We initially chose it for convenience, but ended up being charmed by a series of small, thoughtful touches. During check-in, the front desk cheerfully mentioned the 'afternoon tea gift' was on the fifth floor of the adjacent building. Even more surprising, despite booking a standard twin room, we found children's toothbrushes and soft-soled slippers upon entering. The light-colored, fluffy carpet was spotless, a rare achievement for a new hotel, showcasing exceptional housekeeping.
You absolutely must try the in-room dining; the food is better than most restaurants in Xinjiang. The young lady who delivered our meal was incredibly sweet – kudos to her!
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Xinjiang milk tea paired with baursak is a standard, and both coffee machines were equipped with ice buckets. New hotels often falter on details, but this one excelled with its attentiveness. More memorable than the scenery itself was this perfect warmth.

GGuest UserFull marks for the AC Hotel Sayram Lake – highly recommended! My stay in the lake view room was absolutely fantastic. The room was meticulously clean; the entire space was spotless, the floor-to-ceiling windows were sparkling, the bedding was fluffy and tidy, the bathroom was odor-free, and even the smallest corners were impeccably maintained. The facilities were new and comfortable. Pulling back the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows revealed breathtaking views of Sayram Lake, with sunrises and sunsets right before your eyes – the scenery was incredibly therapeutic.
A special thanks to Jerry at the front desk for his professional and attentive service. Check-in was efficient and swift, and he was gentle and polite. He patiently explained the scenic area's routes and local注意事项 to us, meticulously answering all our questions, and was genuinely considerate. His service throughout was relaxed yet thorough, making our trip feel incredibly warm. Both the hardware (facilities) and the staff service were impeccable. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Sayram Lake, and I will choose to stay here again on my next visit!
