GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The TV even displayed the laundry status. The staff were very friendly and attentive, helping to dry and unload the laundry. There was also a late-night porridge station in the evening. Everything was so thoughtful. The hotel was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel lady even upgraded me the day before yesterday, and the front desk guy even gave me a gift before I left. It really made me feel at home. I will come back next time. The accommodation experience was excellent, and it was the best experience I've ever had at Atour.

GGuest UserI was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

GGuest UserBest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

GGuest UserThis hotel is a top choice for business trips and leisure travel. It offers great value for money, is clean and tidy, and the receptionist is very friendly. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the hotel. It's also very smart and well-equipped. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I need to travel in the future. My experience was truly excellent.

The scenery outside the window is picturesque, parking is free, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and hygienic, there are many people during the festival, and the waiters are still as friendly and enthusiastic as always. AAnonymous UserDuring the summer vacation, my relatives brought their children to play and booked a room. The platform showed that it was a newly opened four-star hotel. It was booked for about 200 yuan, which was very cost-effective! The room is spacious and bright, with a large area, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, a very comfortable bed, four pillows, a smart toilet, electric curtains, and a grand decoration style. Since I came back late at night, I couldn't get up the next morning and didn't have breakfast. I don't know how the breakfast was. There are free tea and freshly ground coffee in the lobby. I felt I earned two cups haha 😄. They also have a free laundry room, gym, shoe shiner... It is worthy of being a four-star hotel, with everything! My niece said that she would book their house again when she comes back here in two days!

WWoshijiayiI don't know where these good reviews come from! The air conditioning in the room was terrible. It was freezing cold and noisy. I caught a cold the next morning and woke up twice during the night. Secondly, the breakfast was speechless, there were too few varieties. I should have gone out to eat earlier. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, very poor quality! It is recommended not to go. I'll choose a brand next time. I seldom give negative reviews, but I am speechless this time.

TTaotaoniu414519460I came to Shanghai for work and had a baby with me. I was afraid that the baby would be bored, so I chose a lively place. I thought I could go out for a walk while doing errands. The location of the hotel, which is right next to the shopping mall, is absolutely perfect🤙
The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around
I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
