"Arrived yesterday evening in the rain. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and upgraded my room. The room was very comfortable and quiet, so I had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was also fantastic and diverse, with fruits 🥭, noodles 🍝, and wontons. The wontons were handmade and absolutely delicious 😋. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Staying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. "Choosing to stay at the Qianjiang Junting Hotel for this trip was an excellent decision! First off, the location is superb, right by the Qiantang River, so we could see the Qiantang River Tidal Bore right from our room's balcony – incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Even though it's been open for over a decade, the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and still looks grand and luxurious. Furthermore, both the cleanliness and service were outstanding; the hotel, inside and out, was spotless. The staff were highly professional and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making us feel right at home. All in all, our stay at the Qianjiang Junting Hotel was very pleasant and satisfying. A big thank you to all the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff who assisted us!"

"I originally booked a classic twin room, but before checking in, I received a call informing me that it had been upgraded to a Hip-Hop Family Room. I didn't think much of it at the time. However, after seeing the room, I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night, haha. The room was spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was good. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and the large bathtub. Being located within the scenic area, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service for its guests throughout their stay. They also provided free tickets to the Tide-Watching Park and the Music Museum, and there were discounts available for the Water Realm."

"Even though everything is new, it felt better than expected! The main thing is that we didn't have any bad meals during our three days in the scenic area – the food was good, and the prices weren't high, which was a pleasant surprise! The tidal bore show in front of the visitor center plays for 10 minutes every hour on the hour, and it's free to watch. Before we checked in, the hotel added me on WeChat and provided check-in instructions, navigation, and parking information. Since I didn't want to get stuck in traffic during the holiday, I took the subway and then the Hanghai Intercity line. After getting off at Yanguan station, I didn't want to wait for the shuttle bus, so I took a taxi. It took about an hour and a half from the city center to the scenic area, and the journey was quite smooth. A big thank you to the front desk staff, Xiao Meng and Xiao Xiu, for all the information they provided during our stay. Both the daytime and nighttime views are great, with plenty of places to explore and eat – though it does make your legs tired. The shuttle bus is free for hotel guests, but it takes a roundabout route. Unless you're going to watch the tide at the Tidal Bore Park, it's not really necessary for non-guests. Tidal Bore Park requires a separate ticket; you'll regret it if you don't see the bore, and you might regret it if you do – it's mainly about experiencing it since you're already here. Be sure to protect yourself from heatstroke and sunburn when watching the tide! All the activities are music-related, with循环 performances. You can check the schedule via the WeChat mini-program. The scenic area map is a bit abstract, though; the locations of the shows are basically impossible to find directly on the map. You either have to ask someone or try to figure out the connections to find them. Don't rely on the routes shown on the map; just use it for general direction. If you want to go somewhere, walk in the general direction, and you can cut through small paths and buildings – as long as there's a path, you can go. Walking in and out of the Xuande Gate Hotel, the small side gate is the most convenient. Currently, only the indoor pool is open. I also took a stroll to the Main Singer Hotel on the other end; it has a different style, so it might be nice to try staying there for a day."

"This hotel is really great. The location is excellent, with a river view from the window. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and I felt very safe staying there. The service was also excellent; you can feel the care in the details. It's a perfect choice for solo travelers. Highly recommended! 👍🌿✨✨"

"This hotel is located within the ancient city, very close to the tourist service center, right in the heart of the North District. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and taking boat rides. If you want to go to the South District, the sightseeing bus stop is right near the hotel, and you can ride for free with your room card. The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. Both the butler and front desk service are excellent, always responsive, attentive, and thorough. The breakfast provided by the hotel is from a Cantonese restaurant within the scenic area. Besides set menus, you can also choose à la carte items, offering fantastic value for money."

The scenery outside the window is picturesque, parking is free, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and hygienic, there are many people during the festival, and the waiters are still as friendly and enthusiastic as always.
