GGuest UserIt was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is located on the top of the mountain. It is a courtyard-style design. There is a wonderful courtyard outside the room, with trees, rockery, flowers, and running water. The environment is so beautiful! Standing on the balcony, you can also overlook the city of Zhuji. Both the near and far views are superb! There is also an art gallery on the first floor. You can enjoy the paintings of painters for free when staying in the hotel. It is worthy of being an art hotel! The room is also spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast of the hotel is rich, exquisite and delicious. It is really worth the money to stay in the hotel. I hope to stay again next time.

The hotel also provides a wealth of entertainment facilities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool, which made my journey more colorful. The service attitude of the staff is also very good, enthusiastic and professional. It is really an impeccable hotel!

YYunbabyThis hotel is near Zhuji Wanda, next to Atour, and not far from Wanfeng Mall. The hotel is newly decorated, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the place to hang clothes is very user-friendly. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the takeaways are delivered by robots.

AAnonymous UserLet me talk about the disadvantages first. On the day of check-in, the front desk went out to eat, and there was only one security guard sitting at the front desk. He asked us to wait until the front desk finished eating and came to book a room for us. I was almost mad at him... The room and service were really okay, quite clean, and any problems were solved in time. The location is good, about 15 minutes walk from the high-speed rail station, very convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe first time I stayed at Zhuji Fangcaoyuan Resort Hotel, I left us a good feeling. At the entrance of the car to the lobby, the waiter came forward to help carry the bag and drag the suitcase. The front desk clerk Panda (WeChat name) also warmly received. In order to facilitate our elderly people to enter and exit, we also gave the room upgrade. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the room attendants can greet each other with a smile. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and waters. Sitting on the balcony, you can not only enjoy the lush mountains and forests in front of you, but also look down and see the stream rushing by. The other side of the stream is the hotel's different shapes and different characteristics of tree houses, squirrel houses, aromatherapy zi houses and other rooms, giving people a novel feeling. The hotel is full of rural atmosphere, chicken, duck, goose, sheep, peacocks, rabbits and other cute pets are more attractive to children.

MM14064****I am very satisfied with the location. It is right next to the central business district in the east of the city. It is adjacent to the Citizen Park, Zhuji City Management Bureau, and the very popular Wynn Mall in Zhuji. The price is affordable but very practical. Moreover, the elevator in their building is very easy to use. I really want to praise it. The lady at the front desk on the 13th floor is not only beautiful but also very responsible.
