I booked a river view executive room, and called a week in advance to make a note that I wanted a room on the 45th floor facing the river. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel that afternoon, the front desk first said that the room had not been cleaned and asked me to go and see if I was satisfied with the river view room on the 42nd floor. If not, I was given the room type I mentioned. After reading it, I suggested that I still need to make a note. At this time, the front desk told me that all room types were fully booked. From the very beginning, the co-authoring was to deceive customers into arranging a random room for prevarication. Then, the curtain in the bathroom was broken during our stay. It clearly stated that we could change the pillow to a non-feather pillow, but when we actually called to ask for a change, the person at the guest room center repeatedly declined, saying that there wasn't even a pillow. Down pillows are low and soft, which is very unfriendly to people with bad cervical vertebrae! ! ! So I didn't have a good night's rest. There are several other bad experiences at the Zhuji Hilton, so I won’t list them all. I hope it can bring you some reference. The Wyndham Hotel Herui and Xianheng Hotel we stayed at in the next few days were both very good. If you want a good experience, choose these other five-star hotels. The hotel is still good, the hardware can be compared to Shanghai Park Hyatt, and the service is also at a 5-star level. But there is still room for improvement in the following aspects. 1. There are not many varieties of hotel breakfast, and the range of choices is relatively small. 2. The design of the room is unreasonable, and the sliding door of the bathing room is very cramped, and it is easy to pinch your hands if you are not careful. Then there are 2 washbasins in the bathroom and the shower room, and it is not convenient to wash. All bath towels are behind the bathtub, and it is inconvenient to get them out of the rain. 3. I hope that the bath products can be replaced with better well-known brands. 4. The bed is too soft to sleep comfortably The service level in other aspects is still good, and they specially brought us bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries for the children.

This hotel was only officially opened in March this year. The entire corridor of the hotel room smelled of chicken feces, and the room also had a strong smell. Obviously, very few people stayed there. The business at the front desk of the hotel is unfamiliar, and even the room type I ordered was wrong several times, and the amount was wrong when I checked out. The room staff has no sense of service at all, because they are allergic to the new decoration, I told them to arrange a purifier for me and turn it on after I went out, and help me purify the air in the room, but the air purifier was turned off when I went back at night. The whole hotel gives me the feeling that there are no other advantages except the good view of the room.
