The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.

GGuest UserConveniently located next to Milaneo mall. 10 minutes walk to central train station. Newer building, modern style. The bathroom is wet/dry separated, which is really functional. There are washer and dryer free for use. Free coffee/tea/hot water at 2nd floor. The cleaning staff are very nice. Very happy staying there.

We booked two rooms, and despite plenty of availability, the front desk assigned us two accessible rooms. The facilities in these rooms were really inconvenient for average guests – no hot water at the sink, and nowhere to put a toothbrush.
Additionally, we arrived at 6 PM, only to be told the hotel's parking lot was full and we'd have to park at the ibis hotel a few minutes' walk away. When we went to park after dinner, we had to walk through a neighborhood that didn't feel very safe to get back to the hotel.
I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, and it's really close to the subway station. There's a big mall behind the hotel which is great for shopping, though it can get quite crowded. Highly recommend it, I'd definitely stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel looks new and well designed. It operates like a hostel though, equipped with essential amenities only. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has easy access to supermarkets but limited choices of restaurants. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. But cleaning takes place every other day. Breakfast average.

CchocosukiThe hotel was very clean and the room facilities were well-equipped. Above all, I was grateful that slippers were provided, which is rare in European hotels. Access from the central station was somewhat inconvenient, as it was necessary to climb a footbridge to cross a large road, and the lobby was on the ground. Also, although I paid through Trip.com, I was forced to pay an additional one-night deposit (149 euros) on the day, and although it is pending, it will take a month for the refund to be made... Perhaps the connection with trip.com is not working properly.

GGuest UserPros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic.
Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.

GGero LichtSchöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus?
Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben!
Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)
