Veeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style. Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall Experience: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. This hotel choice was an absolute disaster. We booked two rooms, and despite plenty of availability, the front desk assigned us two accessible rooms. The facilities in these rooms were really inconvenient for average guests – no hot water at the sink, and nowhere to put a toothbrush. Additionally, we arrived at 6 PM, only to be told the hotel's parking lot was full and we'd have to park at the ibis hotel a few minutes' walk away. When we went to park after dinner, we had to walk through a neighborhood that didn't feel very safe to get back to the hotel. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing this hotel.

The hotel's location right next to the train station is a huge plus. They served a fantastic breakfast, and the staff were all smiles and very helpful. The room could have been a bit bigger, though.

Excellent stay – highly recommended! I really enjoyed my time at this self-serviced apartment. The room was spacious, though adding a second chair would make it perfect for two people. Having a kitchenette was very convenient, especially with a grocery store and bakery right next door. The building has great facilities, including a gym with yoga mats, a laundry room, and a fun common area with pool tables and foosball. To top it off, the train station is only a 2-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and the facilities were quite new. The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. The hotel's breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the dinner had a unique charm.

Everything was clean and we felt welcome. The design is unique and we liked that there was live music at breakfast

It is next to the stadium. It happened to be the Champions League match that night. You can imagine how exciting it was, so I didn't care. Those who care about sleep quality should be careful. But it is really convenient for those who like football games. The room is OK, and the sauna is also very comfortable. But you have to walk through the restaurant from the front desk, and there are seven or eight steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. The breakfast is OK.

Beautiful rooms, clean, very good location – but what's completely unacceptable is providing a room where they know the heating isn't working. We mentioned it to reception shortly after arrival, and they said a technician would look into it. That evening the heating still wasn't working, the night porter said there was nothing more they could do, and the next day the receptionist told us that the gas line needed replacing, and that this was a known issue... Why would they even give out this room? No goodwill gesture or discounts whatsoever – what a shame, but this chain is dead to us! So, it's only recommendable in the summer... :-)
