"I paid for the room and the €3 city tax through Trip.com. However, the hotel couldn’t see the payment in their system and made me pay the €3 tax again because of their system error. I asked to speak with the manager, but even after they made several phone calls, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I even showed them screenshots from my bank account proving that I had already paid the full amount, including the tax. In the end, they never refunded the extra €3 that I was forced to pay twice. I do not recommend this hotel. Avoid staying here."
