LLEINaples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port.
There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ...
The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun.
The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient.

GGuest UserHotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit.
However the location is literally in the ghetto, itâs a run down area with nothing around you and you donât really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staffâs courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

The breakfast is also quite rich, and the restaurant on the sixth floor can see Mount Vesuvius, which is very beautiful
The room is also very large, but because it is close to the street, there is a little noise, but it is okay
If you come to travel, I still recommend everyone to stay in Egg Castle. It is still a half-hour walk from the city center. You have to take a taxi when you go out, which is a bit inconvenient

As a chain hotel, you can always count on their reliable service. I'll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. Plus, it's really close to the airport, just a few minutes away!

LLyrA very nice hotel with very convenient transportation. The hotel is near the station of L9 and L2. 24 hours front counter. All staff are very kind and helpful. This hotel offers very nice Italian style breakfast. The food is in very good quality.

PPietro.Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. I had booked a Superior Room, but when I arrived, to my surprise, there was no desk. When I went to reception to ask if it was a Superior Room, they told me yes. But when I asked âwhy there wasn't a desk,â they told me that it could âhappen.â And that the Superior XL rooms would have a desk. The whole thing seemed absurd to me. They asked me at 8:30 PM if I wanted to change rooms, but I declined since I was leaving the next day.
I can only say that we need to be more careful and not give such superficial answers.

CChris HeveyI highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.
