Warm at night as air conditioning wasn’t functioning well (opening the windows wasn’t an option given the noise on the streets even at night). Toilet had a funky smell and the shower head was broken. Floor also sticky and slimy. Thankful we were only staying a night! Front desk was very friendly though."

"Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to."

Most unacceptable is this: This practice of misleading consumers with heavily edited photos is essentially fraud.
