The room was nice and clean and came with a complimentary minibar stocked with coffee, tea, water and sweets. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making sure everything went smoothly from before check-in right through to the end of my stay! Thank you! 😄"

"I would not recommend this hotel to any Black African traveler. Valentine questioned the authenticity of our €50 note and examined it extensively before accepting it. It was only after my boyfriend produced additional €50 notes that she seemed satisfied it was genuine. Whether intentional or not, the experience was embarrassing, humiliating, and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized as paying guests. The facility is clean, but the way leading up to the hotel is scary."

"The hotel is right next to the Egg Castle, a great location. However, Naples' public transportation system is inconvenient and chaotic; the only bus from the station is basically the 151. The building housing the hotel lobby and restaurant is quite luxurious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct sea views. I didn't use the other facilities and no one explained them to me, so I don't know much about them. Our room was in an adjacent building, so small it only had one bed; there was no way to unfold a suitcase. The shower had a strong water pressure, but the drainage was very slow, probably clogged, so showering in a puddle was a bit disgusting. The staff at the front desk weren't very friendly. They charged me 20 euros for accommodation, even though the fee was only 18 euros. Maybe that's a characteristic of southern Italy."

The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂"

"The biggest surprise of this trip was the hotel's two handsome front desk staff who were incredibly enthusiastic. The first one upgraded us to a corner room (perhaps because I'm a Hilton Diamond member), and the second one helped us arrange a taxi. Both windows in our room offered sea views, and despite being next to a road, the soundproofing was excellent – you could barely hear anything once the windows were closed. However, the location isn't super convenient; it's a 10-minute walk from the subway, so it's more suitable for those who can take taxis."

"It was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden behind buildings along the Main Street. Was a small narrow road to get to the hotel. But once you get to the hotel everything is amazing! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, with a grand winding stairwell as a signature. The breakfast has really great selection and of high quality. The staff provided awesome service!"

"This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! "We stayed two nights at I Vicerè B&B Deluxe in Naples. The accommodation is very well located, on the same street as the cathedral. Close to the historic center and next to a wide variety of restaurants. You can walk to all the important sites and enjoy the atmosphere while strolling. There's also a metro station right next door. The accommodation has spacious rooms with all amenities and air conditioning. There's a very comfortable shared living room and kitchen. Giorgia is incredibly friendly and helped us at all times, pointing out places of interest and recommending restaurants. Excellent service and attentive staff throughout our stay. If we return to Naples, we will definitely book here again. Thank you for everything, Giorgia!"
