"Beautiful suites in the heart of Naples and a short walk from the port and the buzz of the central shopping areas. A warm and friendly welcome from the reception team. I had read reviews and remembered to keep a couple of 10c for the lift as it’s 9th floor. After about 6pm the list is free to use. Suite has a well equipped en suite. A fridge and safe. There’s a large supermarket right around the corner and a taxi rank. Receptionist kindly booked us a taxi for the airport. The rooms are super clean and it smells and looks fresh. A large TV with many stations from around the world. Plenty of sockets to charge up. A charming and welcoming hotel and highly recommend for couples"

"This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there ."

"The apartment we stayed in was nice but don’t expect luxury stuff. Funny that there is no chest of drawers but for a few days it is okay aswell. Naples is noisy so even on the 8th floor you can hear the traffic a little bit, prepare for that. Reception was friendly, offered 5 centes for elevator, which is free in the evening when you came back from tours.;) Location is perfect, 2 minutes from airport shuttle and guided tour meeting points"

"We experienced serious issues with heating and cleanliness during our stay. There was no proper heating in the room. The AC unit, which was supposed to provide heat, was completely ineffective. The first night was HORRIBLE, as the room was very cold and humid while the outside temperature was close to zero. Additionally, there is no heater in the bathroom at all. Taking a shower in such low temperatures was unacceptable, and the level of humidity made the situation even worse. After raising the issue with the administrator, a portable heater was brought only the next day, which barely made the nights tolerable. We considered changing hotels, but due to the New Year period, availability was extremely limited, and a refund for the remaining nights was not offered. On top of these issues, the cleanliness was very poor. There was visible dirt on the walls and in many other areas of the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend researching carefully before booking. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances."

"It's hard to give it a perfect score. The photos in the booking description made the room look spacious and bright, and the description itself was quite appealing. The location is in a residential building, so it's more of a guesthouse. There's no 24-hour front desk; you need to contact the manager in advance. There's a subway station nearby (but a different line from Central Station). Getting there by subway from Central Station is convenient; it's about a 500-meter walk from the station. Compared to the surrounding area, there aren't many shops, so it can feel a bit deserted at night, but it's definitely quiet. I hope the hotel addresses the issue of sewage backflow; the smell really ruins the experience."
