"This boutique hotel is located inside an old and imposing INPS building, very convenient for everything as it is approximately halfway along the central Via Toledo: 2 minutes from the Toledo metro stop, taxis available, 5 minutes to Spaccanapoli... in short, a privileged position. The rooms are large (at least 209 is), clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast and reception are in the main building which is Sol Art Hotel. She climbs next door. Breakfast is rich and abundant and is served in a beautiful room with a permanent exhibition of works of art. The staff is very kind and helpful. A mention to the breakfast room manager Silvia, a real pleasure to see her in the morning and when she's not there... you can see it! I recommend the hotel despite a soundproofing problem between the rooms.. to be improved."

"Naples itself can be quite anxiety-inducing due to its dilapidation and constant noise, so staying in a hotel like this just adds to the stress. Although the hotel is conveniently located next to the central station, public transport, and not far from the city center, it's situated on an utterly *disgusting* street. In the evenings, you'll encounter homeless people, migrants, drunks, and petty drug dealers; it's extremely dirty. Mornings bring a makeshift market, often run by African vendors. Evenings are filled with the noise of shouts, breaking bottles, and various acts of aggression. While I'd recommend hotels near Termini in Rome, in Naples, I strongly advise staying in the city center. The person at the reception was an extremely rude African, and it was never the same person on duty... I was offered breakfast for 3 euros, but there was absolutely no breakfast available – what a complete rip-off! On the plus side, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are decent. However, the cleaning lady even *stole* a Zara shirt from me. In summary: *avoid this place at all costs*."

"I didn't have high expectations after seeing the reviews online. In fact, except for the noise from the road, the bed in the room was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also OK. The shower was big and hot, and it was refreshing, but the hair dryer was broken. The hotel is close to the central station and has convenient transportation. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, and everything is very convenient. Personally, I feel that the city of Naples itself is not good. It is dirty and messy, and the attractions are not very surprising. The road in front of the Giant Fountain on the seaside was under repair, so I couldn't take pictures. On June 20, the cable car stopped due to a strike, so I couldn't go up to Castel Sant'Elmo to see the harbor and Mount Vesuvius. It was a bit regrettable. Many people may come here for pizza like me, and the pizza really satisfied me. I ate pizza from two pizzas in a row and they were both delicious."

"The elevator requires a 10-cent euro coin during different time periods. When I checked in, I borrowed coins from the gatekeeper and later returned them to him. You can get coins from the front desk when you check in, but no one will provide coins on the day of check-out, so you have to walk down to the ninth floor. Don't put anything you need on the balcony or on the ground. The cleaning guy is an illegal immigrant worker and will throw away everything. I put my underwear and socks in a plastic bag on the ground and asked him to throw it away for me."

"It's hard to give it a perfect score. The photos in the booking description made the room look spacious and bright, and the description itself was quite appealing. The location is in a residential building, so it's more of a guesthouse. There's no 24-hour front desk; you need to contact the manager in advance. There's a subway station nearby (but a different line from Central Station). Getting there by subway from Central Station is convenient; it's about a 500-meter walk from the station. Compared to the surrounding area, there aren't many shops, so it can feel a bit deserted at night, but it's definitely quiet. I hope the hotel addresses the issue of sewage backflow; the smell really ruins the experience."

And I have to rave about the gym; it's so good it could be a standalone gym! They have washing machines, dryers, and even a study room! For this price, what more could you ask for?"

"Overall, it was a good stay. The room was in great condition and very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. All the deductions are for the receptionist during check-out in the morning. They were very arrogant and, even though they knew I didn't speak Italian, they started every sentence in Italian. Only after seeing my blank stare would they repeat it in English with a nasty tone. This receptionist was truly awful."

"I did not receive a satisfactory room, without my knowledge, i was brought to a dilapidated building next to the hotel since it was out of rooms. This was after 10minutes of waiting for the reception staff to confirm with the manager. I was brought to a "refurbished" serviced apartment much less than a hotel room. The staff who brought me to the room was unsure of the room himself, he walked in to check with his shoes on, that itself is a failure on it's own for any hospitality organization. Furthermore, to have hot water, the water pressure had to be very low, otherwise, the water is icy cold, the room always had mosquitoes everyday despite my efforts to kill them, i believe this happened when housekeeping cleaned the room, the bed had nothing for a blanket but instead a super thin layer of cloth which does not help at all, no soap or amenities was provided in the washroom until housekeeping came the 2nd morning, there wasnt even a proper table or rack for my suitcase, i had to prop my suitcase up using the 2 stools they had for "bedside tables". I had to even walk to the main building for the breakfast which was honestly skippable, i even had to go behind the counter myself to look for milk, nothing was good about the "hotel", paying €70 a night is definitely not worth it, albeit a good location, everything else was lacking. I requested a partial refund and the property has failed to respond to even Trip.com after a week, this further goes to show their professionalism, i totally do not recommend, will never be back"

"Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."
