"The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were delightful! The hotel's seafront promenade is currently undergoing renovations. For us, the location was excellent. Close to the opera house and the pier where boats depart for Capri. Our room was very small, and although we were given a superior room, it was the one below the restaurant. Due to poor soundproofing, we could clearly hear the music and every movement of the guests at the table. We were disappointed by the maid, who kept moving the phone, papers, and other items to specific places, despite us constantly removing them from the small nightstand in an effort to save space. On our last day, the bed linen wasn't changed, even though we left a postcard with check marks and, as always, a tip."

"The elevator requires a 10-cent euro coin during different time periods. When I checked in, I borrowed coins from the gatekeeper and later returned them to him. You can get coins from the front desk when you check in, but no one will provide coins on the day of check-out, so you have to walk down to the ninth floor. Don't put anything you need on the balcony or on the ground. The cleaning guy is an illegal immigrant worker and will throw away everything. I put my underwear and socks in a plastic bag on the ground and asked him to throw it away for me."

"The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo."

"This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there ."

"Bad experience. The property informed us 10 minutes before we were due to check in that they couldn't offer our stay because the toilet was clogged, and later the outside window was broken. Always unclear, I'll start by saying that the property is an apartment divided into rooms. They directed us to another property, telling us we'd have to pay again and fill out a form with all our personal and credit card information, which, at my lawyer's suggestion, I refused to provide. A bad experience, not to be repeated. I do not recommend."

"Service was amazing. Luciano was great and friendly. He helped us with the early check-in and Oriana (we spoke with her just through phone) was amazing too. The lady cleaning and working there was great too: Patrizia was too nice and I am just too sad that I forgot to leave her a big tip. Area is not central but still amazing. Calmer than other areas and nicer for sure. You can easily reach any other part of the city. Also, there are many restaurants and bar close. For us it was also perfect since it is right by the American Embassy, that is where we needed to go. Coffee machine in the common area was also amazing. Best choice and the price was amazing too. I will definitely go back again."
