Paranaque Hotels with Gym

We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and Father’s Day, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would also like to commend Ms. Mari from the Front Office for her excellent service during check-in. She was professional, warm, and accommodating. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. Upon check-in, only one of our rooms was available, so we had to wait for the other room to be prepared. In addition, the birthday cake amenity that I had requested in the special notes during booking took quite some time to arrive. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and had a memorable celebration with our family. Thank you to the team for helping make our special occasion enjoyable.

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel was enjoyable overall, and we really appreciated the convenient location next to several shopping malls. That said, there are a few points worth noting. The lobby and elevator areas had a noticeable cigarette smell, which wasn't ideal for us as we were traveling with young children. We also found the no-outside-food policy a bit inconvenient, especially since the hotel's dining options were limited later in the evening. The signage to the pool and shopping mall could be clearer. We accidentally tried to use a nearby pool that turned out to be for another hotel, which caused some confusion. The staff eventually allowed us access after checking our room number, but the interaction felt a bit tense, and our children were repeatedly watched closely even with my husband supervising. Breakfast offered good variety, with both buffet and à la carte choices available. We opted for the buffet, which is served at the Hyatt Hotel and requires a short shuttle ride. On our first morning, we paid 155 HKD for one buffet access. The next day, reception staff offered promotions—30% off for new members or buy-one-get-one for BDO cardholders. We took the buy-one-get-one offer, but when we tried to use it again, we were told it could only be redeemed once per day. This restriction hadn't been mentioned earlier, and it was disappointing that the staff didn't offer any flexibility or attempt to void the transaction. Overall, it was a decent stay, but given the price point, we would likely explore other options next time.

This hotel is located by the river with a fantastic panoramic view. I'd recommend booking a room with a balcony – it's super comfy! There are security guards patrolling the entrance from morning till night, so it feels very safe. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive to all my requests. The hotel is also quite close to the beach, perfect for an evening stroll to cool off. There are plenty of snacks available too, which makes it extra delightful.

Staying at this luxury penthouse hotel near City of Dreams was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like VIPs. The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort. The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach. What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

Second stay, different unit in Phase 1—and still an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time again. Just a small note: compared to our previous 2-bedroom stay, the kitchen utensils were more complete and had bigger pots and pans. The 3-bedroom unit had smaller ones than expected, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we live nearby and could easily get what we needed. ONCE AGAIN, KUDOS TO THE HOST. Thank you...

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

Over all okay but scary. The room was cleaned, just make an adjustment kaasi barado yung agusan ng tubig sa may cr. During our stayed, Around 10 evening, may sumusubok magbukas ng door namin, nakita pa namin sa bintana na tumakbo. Please make the area safer for the customer. Kasi kung ganyan lagi, walang magtatagal na customer sa inyo. The service was okay, very accommodating and approachable.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
