"Staying at kingsford is great. The only downfall was the food during the breakfast, there's so much choices but the quality is not good (most of the fried dishes are too tough - fish fillet, bacon, sausages) but still good. In terms of service, the only problem was i tried calling the housekeeping to request some kits two times but both calls don't have answers. But still good to stay here if you want to relax and enjoy the view of the okada."

The pool and roof top bar was great with clean steam room and sauna right there the food was on point and the drinks were too. The had real top shelf liquor and the breakfast Buffett was awesome too. "I stayed here to watch the SB19 concert at SMDC fest grounds. I chose this budget-type hotel as the location is near to the concert area, I knew I would be walking home after the concert. I love their food. I just felt unsecured about the window that could not be locked even though their are big steel grills outside. I hope they will fix it. Overall, the stay was worth the price."

"Great Location & Accessibility, but Service Falls Short The Good: The location of this hotel is its biggest selling point. It is highly accessible, being within walking distance to the LRT-1 (Aseana Station), making commuting incredibly easy. It’s also very convenient for travelers as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport (NAIA). Another massive plus is the surrounding area—there are tons of food choices nearby within walking distance. You can easily find Uncle John’s, 7-Eleven, Ramen Kuroda, Pizza Hut, and Jollibee right in the vicinity, so you’ll never go hungry. The room itself was decent, clean, and fine for a basic stay. The Bad: Missing Bathroom Basics: There was no floor towel or bath mat provided in the bathroom, which meant the floor got completely wet and messy after taking a shower. Unaccommodating Front Desk: I originally booked a Queen room but preferred two single beds, so I requested a switch to a Twin room. The staff flatly declined, claiming they had no twin rooms left. However, when I checked the Trip.com app right then and there, the app was still actively showing plenty of twin-bed rooms available for booking. It felt like they just didn't want to exert the effort to accommodate a guest's simple request. Verdict: A very convenient, strategic 3-star stay if you just need a place close to the airport, public transit, and fast food. Just don't expect the front desk to be flexible or helpful with booking adjustments."

"This is my 2nd time to stay in Bayprime hotel. I had to come again because of its ambience, excellent amenities, spacious bedroom and the bed, love it! Unfortunately, I wasn’t t able to avail of the breakfast because I had a very early flight. But this time, I totally enjoyed the food! So lavish and tasteful.My friend and I also dined at the restaurant . We loved their sweet and sour pork and dimsum🥰 I will bring my family with me this summer and stay in Bayprime. My family is looking forward to staying in Bayprime❤️"

"Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻 However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service. Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes. Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too. Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :) Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station Enjoy your stay and hope this helps!"

"What I liked about it : Near NAIA T1. Less than 15 minutes. : Staff are friendly. : There is a deli at the lobby. Nearby 7 Eleven. : Affordable and environment friendly. What can be improved : The shower head can be fixed and bathroom can be cleaner. There are black spots. : Hope that all toiletries are complete upon check in. Needed to ask for toilet paper."

"This hotel is excellent however one drawback no lift making it difficult for older people I was top floor fith a d I can tell you it's a lit however the front desk are great and helpful the security guard helpful and mist of all the hotel has a superb restraunt better than the five star hotels and very reasonable price wise so hats off to them"
